Product is fabulous and great price, beautifully packaged but delivery was not within 5 days as quoted so it was late and did not arrive in time for the Christening I was invited to.

The customer service was absolutely brilliant. I made a mistake on my personalisation, and I didn't notice until I'd paid, but an email to customer service got it all sorted. I ordered a gift 🎁 in a gift box and paid extra for next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the gift box arrived damaged and is torn at every corner, so I’m unable to use it as intended.

Disappointed
My son is starting school in september so i thought he will be happy seeing his name on it, cannot even return it as its peraonalised. I ordered this school bag for my son, but I'm disappointed with the quality. The material is very rough and hard, which was not what I expected based on the product description. It doesn't feel comfortable or durable enough for everyday school use. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I have ordered before too from this website but both of the gifts material was very nice and the bags were good too. This time my bad luck.
