Unable to register the result.
The test arrived ok. I registered with the website, uploaded the photo of my passport, and thereafter nothing worked. This is what I tried:
1. Laptop with Safari (camera couldn't read QR code)
2. Laptop with Chrome (site declared insecure)
3. via iPhone ("enter booking code" box greyed out, so couldn't get past that page.)
4. Visiting a long-established local IT services company and asking them for help.
5. Trying the help line - no response

Ordered tests online before travelling. Received locator references by email so was able to fill out government forms online before travelling back to the UK. On arrival the tests had arrived by post. No issues registering for an account and performing the tests. It was all a bit fiddly and definitely easier done on a laptop than a phone (we did it both ways) but followed the instructions to the letter with no issues. Received our negative certificates by email about 30 minutes after submission. Only negative is unable to download the certificate from the website.

This is a scam, no test received.

Called the number on the site several times but no one picked and I sent over 7 emails to them and didn't get any response. I didn't get the lateral flow test kit i ordered for and every time i try to call the number on their website, its always entering voice mail. The person's number on the debit alert i got said i had called a wrong number and she doesn't know about the company.

I bought 2x day2 lateral flow test and they sent me only 1 box. I sent the email to them but no one has answerd me. And I checked the prizes, they chanced the prizes every day. It is not a trustworthy company. Be careful.

My QR code doesn't work, I've written multiple emails and never get a response. They never answer calls. It is a scam.

I wouldnt recommend that company. I feel that its the biges scam. I bought 2nd day flow test. I been told to create account and scan qr code. I did and then issue starts i try to scan my qr code from the device . I got multiply errors even saying that the test is incorrect as this these tests should be use for NHS not for travel. After 30 min I manage to scan my test. I been told to wait for 15 min to register my kit with the result . I spent around 20 min trying to scan that device and didn't work. When i refreshed a web i been told that my time for submission is expired. Tried to call that company but i get the message that the mailbox is full. I wouldn't recommend them. Pay extra few quid and use other companies. I m really happy with Collision and Chroomiks. Results in couple minutes. I went to 001 alpha as the test was cheapest on the market and i travel every month

I order day 2 test through this company which is supposed to be government approved. I arrived yesterday afternoon and received the test with the instructions but when I tried to register as per instructions I am unable to do so as portal.001expertcovidtestinguk.com (which is on the instructions provided with the test kit) is not giving the option to register.
I have just found out that this is actually a different company. I registered with Alpha Express but the QR code on the test strip is not recognised. Tried to call the number on the website but it goes onto an answer machine which is full and cannot take any messages. No replies to my emails.

Received our LFTs on our Day 2, did the test, but can't register them - QR code does not register on their website. Have emailed and tried to call but their mailbox is full... I wonder why???

Buyer beware!!!!

Now need to figure out what to do to report our test to the gov...

Don’t understand all these negative reviews, ordered test it came within 2 days, PLF code was fine, just done test and certificate came back within a hour, faultless service.

Bought a test for day 2 after a trip and it was never delivered. I sent an email complaining but it was never replied.
They ignore the fact that we paid them so they cannot just say they are not responsible for the delivery.
I didn’t get a tracking number to check with the Royal Mail.

Avoid it. Run away. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate.

I am also not able to register for anything even though I already have an account from my pre trip tests. Very frustrating indeed. The website tells me that my email address is not registered with them and that my password is incorrect too. Customer order no 1897913252 if the company can please call me - you have my details!

Such a crap customer service no response to phone calls and emails and finally when I do receive a response they just give another QR code which comes back invalid.
Now left in a lerch for second day lateral flow test.
Stay away from such fraudulent and irresponsible company.

2 Tests for lateral flow arrived before we arrived home thank you that was a great service.
It took us best part of the morning to upload my husbands which he now has managed and has received confirmation that he is negative thank you.

My one on the other hand will not up load it says the QR code is used /not correct and when it is put in manually does not recognise any QR number. This has really caused a lot of stress for the both of us today. I have tried to contact the number provided but there is no one to talk to. It may be a blip, I will try again later.

Ordered two sets of tests. Both arrived but no clear instructions on use and no QR code as suggested by everybody and required to input onto website and received email to say they are being investigated and our tests are ‘suspended’!! ??? We are now past our day two deadline so where does that leave us?? I will be requesting a refund !!!

Day two latflow test was ready and waiting for me on arrival back home.
Followed all the instructions to upload my result, and the web address and qr code provided on all Alphas express testing literature doesn’t work. In fact, the error message says page not found or removed.

My qr code isnt working and i cant seem to find any digit code on any card

Have had a bad experience - multiple issues such as site going down, received email saying they were being investigated by UKHSA (they are no longer recommended on .gov website), QR being claimed it's used, no reply to emails...

No communication when site came back online, I just found out by chance. Website back online now but very temperamental.

QR code on my wife's test is rejected as it claims that it has already been used although this wasn't by us.

No answer on the phone, no reply to my three emails despite them having time to reply to their trustpilot reviews. We'll wait and see if I get the certificate for my test within the 24h they promise.

The sudden wave of positive reviews seem very suspect. They do not read like a genuine review of a test centre. Also, every single one has been written by an account that has only used trustpilot once, to write this one review. I believe they are writing fake reviews for themselves.

We ordered a test kit on Monday and didn’t receive it until Friday afternoon. We then couldn’t access the web site due to the site being down. It finally gave access this afternoon, very near our deadline but now, every time we enter the Q code it responds with invalid / used. We feel completely stranded. Such a poor service both from Alpha but also that they are classified as a trusted supplier in the first place.

Brilliant, fast and excellent service. Swift experience.
