I don't normally leave reviews but was impressed with the company. Its only after i searched trustpilot that i saw all this negativity. ..

The scanning of my test kit never works. It is never accepted. They have not replied to my email about this, the contact online link is defunct and their telephone message service says it is full and does not take a message.From
Disgraceful. Shall contact credit card company to stop the payment.

As previous complaints, test kits ordered since Monday just arrived today and then registration was an uphill task. However after doing the test which came back negative and I took the picture and uploaded it to them, they sent me a test certificate that I was positive. Please avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!!!

The tests arrived late, while company was not reachable by phone, nor email. Though, I was able to register.

Unreliable, same as previous users, tests arrived but cannot register. Email given for customer service just bounces back. Shocked that this company appeared on the gov.uk site as thought these would be checked and trusted

Exactly what the others have said. Appears to be a scam. Got the test kits delivered on day 2 but not able to register the tests on the website.

Similar story to all previous customers. Received test, but can't register and website gives a recorded message. The test has NO REFERENCE NUMBER to accompany the QR Code, so is useless / invalid. I also tried the customer service number ... surprise! surprise! a recorded message "The voice box is full, please try later!"

On their website (via Google search) they are still taking orders and they have reduced their price ... to attract new buyers, no doubt! 😠

Complete scam. Test arrived but their website is down so can’t register it. The email address isn’t real and the phone number goes straight to answer machine. Complete waste of money. DO NOT USE!!

Terrible!, surprised that it's a government recommended company but tests don't arrive, no tracking number, contact numbers mailbox is always full, no feedback from the mailbox. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering, but who does that independent check when you are time restricted and abroad. Shocked that no due diligence or KYC was done on the company before being added on a government approved list!!!

Ordered 2 x Day 2 lateral flow tests for our UK arrival Thurs13th Jan.
Kits arrived Friday 14th late afternoon, however we can't access the portal or their website to register kits to perform the test, as there's a message it's undergoing maintenance and they're adhering to UKHSA guidelines. Tried again today and still same message, no one answers phone either.
We've done the tests anyway, taken screenshots of 2 negative results and the AlphaTesting website message as proof and reported a complaint on NHS website.

Scam. Test arrived a day late and website does not work.

On 8th Jan 2022 I have purchased a Covid 19 test (Day 2 lateral flow tests for international arrivals) from the Gov.UK recommended Covid 19 test Providers list (company name: 001 Alpha Express Testing)
I received a Test Kit by Post on 12th Jan 2022, but I was unable to complete and submit the test as I could not register the test online as the QR code/Ref.number provided was invalid. I only paid for this test kit around 12 pounds so I thought I will just forget about it and buy a new one locally.
So I decided to buy a new test in the local clinic as I need it the certificate with the test results for work ( and done the test on 13th Jan 2022 ) anyway... later on that day ( 13.1.22 ) I have received an email from 001 Alpha express Testing saying that I can now enter my test results on-line MANUALY without QR code, which I did, providing all my details + my photo( selfe) + the photo of my PASSPORT + the photo of the test ( these are the Government's requirment to test at home)

and up to this moment everything was OK, and I did not see any problems, and I was not concerned about anything.
but... the very next day in the morning ( 14. January 2022 ) I have received a very unexpected email from some Stranger....
Please read his email below:

Dear Sir or Madam,
You recently used Alpha Express Testing for your Day 2 COVID return test to the UK. Alpha Express haven’t informed you they have been sharing all of the details you gave them on an unencrypted, exposed URL. This includes your full name, home address, telephone number, and an image of your passport and selfie etc.
I’m not a hacker or asking for any money or anything of the sort – I’ve simply discovered this while also using their services and am equally as disgusted and furious as I’m sure you also now are. This level of exposure easily would allow anyone to steal your data and impersonate you.
Please put massive pressure on Alpha Express (also T/A My Clear Test) as they have been unbelievably careless with your personal information and privacy.

So it looks like someone hacked in to their systems and stilling peoples details.

My consern is:
Where did he get my email from? and why/how does he know about me using 001 Alpha Express Testing Services? Does he has all of my details? Does he has the Photo of my Passport ???

I have report it this to POLICE and ACTION FRAUD

I will also escalate this to Gov.UK and BBC to make people aware of this SCAM company !!!

We did the test but we were not able to report our results.

I received the test but the reference number they gave me was not recognised and so I couldn't get through the process of taking the test.
Multiple emails and calls to them and no answer.
I found then on the government website which is very shocking,

Thank you for letting us know that you were unable to authenticate because of an unknown reason after 24 hours from uploading the test. I really enjoyed searching the test strips in the bin to upload them again manually as per your request. As per the guidelines, BIN is the place where it belongs after taking the test. I spent almost 4 hours uploading 3 tests on 12/01/22. Thanks to your server which was running horribly slow which also made the process very slow. For every step I use to get gateway errors, I need to login again and start the process from the beginning. I really appreciate your worst customer care approach. I tried contacting your team on call where the only thing I can hear is your answer machine is full. Even after trying out for more than 15 times the answer was still the same. I am very grateful for not getting any reply for my email complaints even after 48hrs.

Finally, I enjoyed your service and I will definitely share the above experience in all the travel related groups.

Buying the test was easy and straight forward, got the PL number in the e-mail confirmation. They've sent the test on the date of my arrival to the UK. I had some issues registering the LFT on their website which later was resolved 2 days later and could submit it ok. They've also sent a test certificate in an e-mail 2 minutes later. Would use again.

I can’t believe that this service is on the government website – it’s clearly a fraud. Not only was the Day 2 test delivered too late, registering constantly crashing and the QR not being detected by the system, they also deemed my test as void – when it was clearly negative. (Luckily, I took pictures with my camera as proof, too.) Don’t use this service and if you did report it to the NHS complaint service so that the company is being taken down. Edit: The company ask me to provide further details via trustpilot – when I already wrote emails without getting a reply. It seems it would be more beneficial to work through their email load instead of getting in touch on here.
