UPDATED received my day2 test 3 days later than the date I booked, it took them 7 days to send the test in England.
Never responded the emails or phone.
I was able to register the kit with no problems

its SCAM, wasted money and time they dont pickup phone calls nor respond by emails. This should be reported to Gov as even after payment we could not take day 2 tests. Please take action on this company and debar the license offered to the pharmacist and to the company

Absolute scam. Do not use this company. QR code wouldn't scan - tried to get in contact but no way to email or call them as 'page not found'. Can't believe this was recommended on Gov website. Called 119 they recommended I buy a new test. Excellent way to waste some money

They seems to just take money for LFTs that we get for free and not bother sending the test!! Complete and utter ripoff!! I have been back in the UK for over 48 hours now stuck at home waiting for the test kit to arrive. I don't understand how this scam can be one of the NHS approved testing sites. AVOID !!

I ordered our Day2 Test kit before 1 pm on Monday. Per their policy, they should have dispatched it the same day and we should have received latest by Wednesday. It's late Thursday now and there is no sign of the kit. They have not sent any dispatch confirmation, not responded to my 2 emails and spent more than 40 minutes on the multiple calls on their number but no one picked up the phone.
So far, the experience has been pretty exhausting.

Wish I could rate 0. Test arrived but when trying to register it, it does not accept my booking refence number. I emailed and called numerous times. I dont know what to do now.

UPDATE: they called a couple of days later saying that the system was down due to some technical issues. Sorted the test and results out after that call. Not 5 stars but job was done, so no problem.

Can’t believe this company is recommended by the uk government website. Test arrived late and there’s no record of my account so I can’t even register my results. Plus their QR code leads nowhere. Another bogus company profiting off covid requirements.

Scam! you buy the test from the GOV page, th etets arrive but there is no way fo recording the results, no answer to calls or emails.

Absolute scam. Cannot login , forgot password link just refreshes to login page , called both numbers and goes to mailboxes that says they are full. Have seen other reviews and realise it is a scam.
I can't believe it is listed on the government webpage of approved providers .
This is dangerous. UNfortunately I did test positive. I used my own LFTs and ordered a pcr asap, I also reordered a day2 lft from boots. HOwever , this did not arrive till day 3 , and so there will have been a delay notifying my flight

Ordered a test from this company, but from everyone's reviews I can see theirs not much hope of it working. Company needs to be reported as this is so wrong.

Terrible,test kit arrived ok but not possible to access video,so did test as explained in leaflet then tried to download results,again not possible , even trying to access site it only takes you to pages to order more testing kits

I couldn’t register my test because the link which was provided on the instruction card that was sent along with the test took me to a login page that didn’t even let me create an account in the first place!!! It claimed that my logins were wrong, so I pressed forgot password? but it instead took me back to the login page instead of allowing me to request a new password.
Worse than that the portal they gave me on the card of the kit is not their portal but for another company that is inundated with complaints from alpha's customers.
Day 2 tests never arrived, they never answer their phone and never respond to emails.
QR codes invalid,won’t accept camera or manually entered code, try the support, page none existent, tests arrived by post but will not work!
I tried to call them but it went to voicemail and when the chance for leaving a message came the machine responded that the mailbox was full and one cannot leave a message.
I am not sure what to call this company because I have received the kit(which is the same as the Free NHS one) however I cannot use it. Is this a scam within some employees of the NHS or is it a scam within some GOV.UK employees as they are the ones that recommended the company. And it seems making a complaint is useless as no one is responding and they are still on the GOV.UK list like they have some higher-up protecting them. Smells like a scam and sounds like one, must be a scam.

Had the same issues as others re: registering, then had to create an account- thought we’d cracked it! Followed the steps, did the test, waited for 15 minute timer to end and then the site crashed and returned to homepage.
UTTERLY USELESS

I ordered two tests. One arrived late and the second one hasn’t arrived. I tried doing the test that did arrive but your website doesn’t accept the QR code from the test. The error message mentions the QR code should be 30 characters long, but it is only 16 characters long.

Did not provide assistance. This is a government approved SCAM!

Regarding your standard reply of”please give details via trustpilot” all the details of your non functioning tests and websites were sent via email in the day they failed to work!
You have not replied to that!
The sudden burst of 5* reviews all within the same hour yesterday is fooling no one either!
Scammers and chancers who take the money from the public!

I booked the tests then saw the reviews. Duh!
However, I had ordered my day 2 return tests on Monday, and they arrived Wednesday morning. I have the code for passenger locator form for when I fly back and a LF test for when I arrive home. The test is the same brand as some of the free ones I got from the NHS, so they are legitimate..
It seems most of the issues is with the website when trying to register your test, I’ll see about that then and update this review.

Website keeps crashing

Keep getting "Gateway time-out" when trying to register the test. AVOID this service. How could the government have approved it?

Test kits arrived late. Their portal is constantly down (gateway error). They do not reply to e-mails. Just lousy!

Edit: as you can see below they replied 3 days after my comment. Their reply was a cut and paste of the same reply they sent to all the (MANY) others who panned their service. This was for a DAY 2 Covid test - something that's time sensitive. You can see from their reply that they have no concept of this!

SCAM.
Purchased a day 2 test. Arrived 1 day late. When trying to register the test an error occurs on the website. Helpline redirect to a full mailbox. The address of the company doesn't lead anywhere. No one answers to the email. No way to contact the company.
This company is the first listed on the government website... is absolutely unacceptable! I took a company from that list to be sure it was safe.

Found this company on the GOV website & ordered 2 Day 2 Lateral Flow tests for our return from our holidays. Received confirmation email and locator reference number straight away. Set up the account to register on our return, everything was quick and easy. Was then brought to my attention how many bad reviews there was on here, made me a nervous wreck and I actually went on to order my mother in laws from a different website due to seeing the terrible reviews. We decided we was going to give it a couple of days to give time for them to arrive before ordering more ourselves. HERE THEY ARE!! THEY’VE ARRIVED!! 2 days after ordering. I don’t normally leave reviews but thought i best with how serious people are on here about it being a scam.
