I wish I could give a negative rating . Absolutely bad experience and customer support . Phone lines don’t work , their voicemail is full. I’m surprised this was recommended by the UK government on the passenger locater form. This would never fly in the US. These guys are a scam . Stay away from this company, they will take your money and forget about you.

Test was straight forward and the the instruction are straightforward. Would suggest using Chrome on android as I had issues with other browsers.

I haven't got the test yet but even buying it was a pain. They don't put COVID infront of the reference number so gov.uk doesn't accept it on the passenger locator form.
There was a code starting in RMEXT but nothing followed it..

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM: TEST CONFIRMATIONS NEVER ARRIVE.
Im writing this stuck in Terminal 5 of Heathrow airport, since my test confirmation never arrived.
I got a fit to fly test from alpha express testing. The test arrived late in the day (1400, unlike every other company, which delivers early morning). They knew my flight was that very day, and I had booked the test 3 days prior.
The problem is, however, that, once I completed the test and uploaded the results, it was not verified. In the website, they advertise that they confirm and verify the results within 30 minutes of submission. My flight was 5 hours after I sent the test. As of now, I still have not received my test confirmation email. I have called them, but no response. I was unable to board my plane and any other test facility has been fully booked or needs more than 3 hours for the result. I trusted these people and now they have put me in an impossible situation and have cost me hundreds of euros.
It has now been 3 and a half hours and the test has not been confirmed. Needless to say, this is much more than the advertised 30 minutes.
These people prey on the consumer’s needs and they should long be out of business.

I paid for a test, got the test kit, conducted the self test and tried uploading the results without success. Tried contacting customer service by phone. Mailbox full. Sent an email - awaiting response.
