Terrible Experience !!
Sharing my HORRIBLE First and last buying experience with MyTrendyphone website and advise to be careful and double sure before placing your order.
I had ordered Iphone 6s plus 128 GB rose gold (Order#8410837) on 3rd june 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered in next 3-5 days BUT it was never been delivered and finally I had to cancel the order on 15th June.
I presume that when a product is listed on MyTrendyphone website for said price that means it is available for shipping. No where during the buying procedure it says that this product is subject to availability and order will be processed only after checking the stock availability. However money was debited from the Bank
I spoke to support guy many times regarding the delay and date of delivery but no one had definite answer. In fact after a week of order, I received automated email that order has been canceled but upon speaking to support person they said that it is available in Remote store and will be delivered by 21st June. Finally on 13th June I got another email that Phone is out of stock hence cancelling the order.
It looks like there is neither coordination in between stock availability and Website listing nor the support guys are updated with the latest status. In either way, how come when a product is listed on website can be SOLD OUT??
I regretted my decision to place an order on MyTrendyphone and wasted almost 2 weeks time trusting them. The same Iphone was available on other competitor website with little more price and I wished I could have ordered from there. Now the sale is over and I need to shell out more money :(

Phone was expected in stock within 5-7 days. Then there was delay from supplier. In the end we got confirmation that our supplier was not able to deliver the phone any longer. That is the reason why you got wrong information from us.
You are not supposed to be affected by this mishap.
It is completely our fault and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
I spoke to all representatives involved in your case and we are going to make sure not to have similar situations occur again.

I would love to give them one star, but they haven't been rude. But how how could they, so far i only got automated messages. But one thing after the other.
on 12th of April I sent my iPad for repair since the glass shattered. Postnord told me it was delivered on the 17th of April. On the 24th of April MTP messaged me that they have received the item. On the 26th the correct department messaged me that they have received the iPad. Today on the 12th of May they answer my mail, saying that it's also damaged on the corner, and they cannot give any guarantees for repair. So it took them, only after i asked for it, over two weeks to contact me to ask me if they should continue with the repair?
Don't get me wrong, I cannot judge their repair, but so far it's been a disastrous experience, but I guess what you pay for. No matter how successful the repair was, it will be my first and last business with them. 2-5 business days they said it will take.... NOT. Within 24 hours they claim they are going to answer emails, NOT.
So take your repairs elsewhere, it might be more expensive but it could be worth it.

The repair itself does not take long time, but it is shipping to our workshop and back to you that takes a couple of days. You have received an email notification that we have received your device in Solna. All devices are shipped from Solna to our repair department where we have our own workshop and do repairs. Therefore, you have received two emails about the receiving.
On the website it is written that we repair within 2-5 business days after receiving the device at our technical department. This means after receiving the device at the repair department.
I apologize for longer waiting time than expected and i will do my best to make sure that you receive your ipad ASAP and that you are pleased with the new screen.
I have contacted our repair department to check status of repair and refunded the shipping cost as a small compassion for the waiting time.
I will contact you as soon as possible.

I bought a glass protector for my Moto G4 PLUS, as I read on the product description. Some days later I received the product, but it was for Moto G4. Obviously, did not fited on my cellphone but I just noticed after already opened the pack, so I could not request the change.
In the end, I paid for the product and delivery tax for nothing and I put the glass protector out.
The phone case that I bought is good, but I can not recommend this website after my experience..

Honestly, the site itself isn't the best. I'd like to see a lot smarter filtering and search functions since there's just so many products to browse... but when push comes to shove they have an amazing product range (just about anything for a phone really), great prices and fast shipment.
