Fast delivery, helpful customer service
The order was delivered quickly. I had to call the customer service because by mistake I had ordered the wrong product. They answered and were polite (and patiently tried to understand my problem, even though I don't speak swedish very well). The only thing I wasn't so happy about was that in order to return the product and order a new one, I would have to pay 2 more delivery fees (giving a total of 3 delivery fees). Given how much the product costs (about 35 sek) and given the return fee (about 25 or 30 sek), it wasn't even worth returning it. I know it was my mistake of ordering the wrong product, but it would be nice to be able to exchange it for another product without having to pay a return fee. But all in all, I am satisfied with the service.

Huawei Y360 blue leather wallet case MyTrendyPhone
I was looking for a nice, protective case for my Huawei phone, preferably made of leather. After a long search, I finally found one I liked on MyTrendyPhone. It wasn't in stock at the time, but this was no problem; I was regularly updated, and to my surprise the case was back in stock a lot earlier than the expected date. It was promply dispatched. It is indeed made of real leather, and fits my phone very well. Am very happy with it, and it's very easy to order from MyTrendyPhone too. Tack så mycket!

Although we feel sorry because it was not so high, but I understand that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You are in need of a keyboard that has the swedish letters: å, ä and ö on it. But the ordered keyboard with articlenumber: 149466 that is in the order: 5290655 clearly shows that it is not a Scandinavian keyboard, if you look at the pictures. Also, you can see in the text right below the picture: DE Layout. This means that it is an international German edition of the keyboard.
But even though you might have missed this (which is very easy to do), we will help you to solve this situation and explain to you exactly how to send this back and which products we have that might be of interest for you. We want for you to be happy with your purchase from us, and not to get a product that you can not use.

It was what it was.
My order simply did not arrive for my brand new iPhone 6 PLUS.
So I simply had to place another order at another company.
To be fair against MyTrendyPhone.se: My order was a cheap "Läderfodral med ställ" and there service was excellent.
It happens the post simply is lost.
So therefore though I lost 119 SEK, I rate them 3 stars simply due to:
3 stjärnor: Medel - acceptabel upplevelse men med vissa störningar.

I am so sorry to keep you waiting for the product, that obviously never showed up.
In our system the order was sent on: May 9:th and it should arrive directly to your mailbox within 2-3 working days. If not, the Post can be a little late with delivery in few cases, but I can see that you still have not received it and that means that it was probably lost by the Post.
We are deeply sorry for this, and appreciate your kind review although you went through problems and waiting time.
As far as I can see, my colleagues from customer service has sent you a new one today, after receiving the Papernote that is standard when the Post looses products sent from us, and I really hope that you get your case as soon as possible this time.
