NML successfully defended my case to a favourable outcome. Their lawyers studied a large volume of materials and explored numerous options that would contribute to my defence. They maintained close written communication with me so that at every point I knew what courses of action they were proposing. Everyone I was in touch with were very professional and their court solicitor was incredibly persuasive. They made the whole difference in my case and I would be more than happy to recommend them.

You speak to reviewing lawyerand she sends you an email promising the world, thats the last you hear from her. They will sell you how much chance you have to win and how 1 lawyer won all his cases blah blah, but he is a lawyer you have to upgrade to at a premium rate. On my first trial had a lawyer and he was external he did his best best he was late and i had to beg the judge to allow more time for him to arrive. All is done by email, reception team cant answer any questions they will forward them on and half the time you will not get a call back. Loads of hidden costs such as mileage for lawyers even a damn hotel, plus the will tell u basic lawyers are not available and upgrade them and charge you more. Also the expert reports have hidden fees of like £500. The accounts team will harass u for payment after payment, invoice after invoice. One girl kept emailing me for payment cant give me no updates, another one was the caseworker cant give me no update either. You cant talk to anyone. The costs for 1st case where preparation fee plus representation fee about £895. Second date prep fee about 700 + 500 expert reports + mileage and hotel plus upgrade to gold lawyer plus 700 for representation. I am telling you to save your money this is a scam operation to the extend the prosecution told me that a lot of people have been crying over this firm nml. You will not speak to anyone only email the only call you will
Get is to chase payment. But its life. I cancelled them in the end and went with a much cheaper lawyer

Firstly, would just like to thank their team for the amazing effort that they have done for me! When I first got in contact with Sandra she was very helpful and understanding towards my case. Whenever I got an email from Sandra regarding my case and I didn’t understand I was able to ring her / email her and she would happily explain to me the situation. I then met Jay who would be helping me in court he was also a nice guy who helped me out and told me the what the next steps were going to be! My first trial, we pleaded not guilty and then we had to wait five months for the second trial and within the five months, I was still in contact with their team as they was getting all the evidence and explain the situation to me the whole way. The 2nd court date arrived and I met up with Jay again. He explain to me what was going on on that day. With all the teams hard work, we won the case!!! I highly recommend this company, and thank you again to Sandra!!

I can’t fault this service at all, they did everything they said they was going to do at the cheapest rate I could find on the internet. At first you can’t help but panic and you want everything sorted there and then. But when it comes down to the important part (the hearing) you are the priority. I was very worried reading the bad reviews on here, but you’ve just got to accept that you’ve made a financial gamble. Rather that than rollover and let the worst happen. I payed for the bronze package, I’ve had a previous drink driving conviction and I was found over the limit on cannabis. The day before the hearing I was getting ready to be prepared for the worst. But I had a phone call getting told that the case has been discontinued. I was crying my eyes out. They told me I’ll get money back also. Your honestly hero’s to the working people, you really are.
And even if the worst happened, I still would have left a good review, as you did everything you said you would.

These guys have been absolutley amazing, they undertook my case and i had no hope at all but they proved me wrong. They are the best and work really hard inthe background. So dont worry if at times your call is not returned believe me they know what theyre doing. I could have lost everything if it wasnt for these guys involvement. Sandra took time out of her evening to give me a call, she explained everything perfectly and really took her time in making sure we understood, there was no pushing us into using her or the company, I have spoken to 6 different solicitors and Sandra by far has been the most amazing with no pre judging at all. David houlcroft and his wife Nikki were literally amazing! Made me feel instantly at ease, and there’s a good reason he’s a gold star solicitor, I was looking at a 22 month driving ban and £1000 + fine, got a 9 month ban and half the fine I was expecting, very very happy with their service.

I write this on behalf of my daughters drink driving charges. I'm not going to lie I was worried on how much it would start to cost if the case continued as I didn't realise there could be case reviews in between the hearings. However Daivd Houldcroft and his PA (aka his wife) were very honest and would do everything they could to avoid these inorder to prevent unnecessary costs. They could have just turned up had the case adjourned if they were in it for the money. However they did everything within their power to have to case moved that day to a DJ to stop extra expense.
They work great as a team and made both me and my daughter feel very at ease and explained everything that was happening in terms which my daughter could understand as she has autism. David and his wife are very down to earth and don't try to bamboozle you with legal jargon ( he even throws in the odd dad joke). I can not thank them both enough and the case was immediately dropped on the first hearing.

Just wanted to say NML have been amazing, i was charged with drink driving and they helped me with the case to be dropped by the police without even going to trail which is a big relief. May 2023 I got pulled over for drink driving literally 30 seconds away from my home. The level of the alcohol reading was 67 when brought into custody.

I started reading into things of the outcome if found guilty because ive never been in this type of situation before not realised that I can get a criminal record. In that instance I knew i wanted to plead not guilty and started to look up companies who would help support my case. I came across NML through Google and read their testimonials, I was a bit skeptical because I thought anyone in the company can write and make up testimonials. I decided to give them a call and explain my situation. I spoke to Sandra Cooper and I can't explain in word how brilliant and very genuine she was. Explained everything to me from the fees to how the process works and highly expressed that the outcome can go either way. Very down to earth person.
Although I had to case the caseworks a few times leading up to the trail, I was extremely surprised to find out that my case had been discontinued by the CPS long before the trial date. The worst legal experience of my life. I was lulled into believing I had a case. Solicitors barely gave advice and only after you had paid invoices. They hid communications from the cps from me and said they had "not received" emails containing crucial evidence against me in order for me to pay them whilst believing I had a defence. I have never known an email to not be recieved from the sender. On the day my legal representative went into court came back out and advised me to change my plea to guilty. I got a heavy fine and a lengthy ban without the DD course. Stay clear of this shoddy company. I lost out on thousands due to this company. Solicitors don't give a damn. They say they will call you before court dates and never do. Instead they show up on the day unprepared trying to wing it and from what I've seen, I'd be very surprised if they've actually won a case. Most of these reviews look fake. If I had read them before moving ahead (because I was desperate) I would deffo not have used their shoddy services. They are conmen in the flesh. I would advise looking elsewhere for a solicitor as this shoddy lot don't seem to give a damn about your licence or the impact it will have on you. They just care about being paid. Wish I could give this lot 0 stars. Absolute fu*kery. THEY WILL ROB YOU AND MOVE ONTO THE NEXT DESPERSTE PERSON.

When you speak to them you are in a vulnerable situation, they promise you you have a really strong case, I don't blame them you are speaking to a salesman not a person with your best interests at heart.

Once your first payment is made you won't hear from them again until asking for more money. I would constantly ask for updates and be told we'll get back to you after you need to pay x amount.

Like most people here have said you have to brief the solicitor when you speak to them on the day of court as they are not prepared.

After 3 court appearances and a cctv "expert", I had paid everything off and it cost me thousands.

The judge was harsh on me pleading guilty on the last day in court, I got over the maximum of ban, fine and no DD course because I had tried to find a loophole that was never there.

I found a good local lawyer to reduce my sentence as the whole experience was the worst part of my life.

I can't express how much I regret going with these guys. Salesmen in a business and the business is getting your money.

Save your money and get a nice e-bike, you're going to need it.
