I still haven t recive my money back for my order that i haven t recive,but pay for it😭😭🤬🤬 sending mails but mail no longer availebel😡😠

After months of waiting for my package I finally received it. At least half of the order...the other (more expensive half which I needed the most) was missing. The receipt said: some of the products were not in stock, they will be delivered later. If not I will get my money back. NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS AND NEVER GOT THE MONEY BACK!!! They don't reply to your emails and their phone number is fake. So don't even bother to contact them. I got lucky I received half of my order. Other people never received their order and never got their money back. They are thieves and scammers, DON'T EVER ORDER HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!

I ordered on the 6th of July for 130 € and never received the order or got any mail about delay or anything. You did draw money from my card on the 8 th of July. I WANT TO CANCEL ORDER AND MY MONEY BACK ASAP! You don't answer on phone number or on email and it is impossible to reach your website. I will press charges!! This is unacceptable!!

Worst web ever, worst service. Didn't get my order or refund !!!!!

I ordered some products on 02.06.2019 (order number GL21UH15), I paid for the order and was not delivered to me even now. I sent over 5 emails to which I have not received an answer ... and it's been two months since I received no clarification about my order...I tried to call , and nothing...and now the website is unavailable ...

i thought id give them another chance and again had to get a refund from paypal, No email replies, no answer when you call. I really wanted to try this company but i guess after 2 bad experiences and not being able to get any response i shall give up

I ordered 5.7.19 an order but until no nothing received.they don’t answer my emails and. O telephone respons. Shame !!!! How i return money? I paid with paywalls

I placed an order 3.7.2019 and it's still not shipped. I have sent you an email and also contacted you via your webpage. Can you contact me and provide me with some information about my order? Order no GL2WR115. Otherwise, I will report PayPal and ask for my money back.

They took three months to send out the first item in my order. No communication from them to indicate that my order was delayed or anything.

Order placed on 9 June 2019 (60€) and the status of the order is still 'not yet shipped' although at the time of placing the order they said that it will be delivered between 14 and 18 days. I have send emails but I got any answers back! It is my third order with them..untill now no problem. For all of those who have payed with PayPal you have 180 days to make a claim! Cheating!!!!

I am very disappointed in this company I love there products but the customer service is diabolical. 6 emails 5 calls and still no response. Order placed 5th June 2019 and still waiting to shipped and no one is telling me anything. All previous ordered have been fine just this one. Now reading other reviews I am concerned

Still have not recieved my order or any updates in where it is...

I ordered my delivery DK22KT9Z on the 23/11 and the money was taken from my account on 27/11, and today 10th of May, I still haven’t gotten my money back!!!

I wrote a review the 2nd of January and finally got a reply on my order. I asked to get a refund of my money, since I just wanted to be done with this shi* of a website!
I didn’t here og received anything, so I wrote them an e-mail again, which I, now two months later, still haven’t gotten a reply on. So in my frustration I am trying to get some kind of response from NDED by this review!!!

Worst service ever. It's already 14 days since I placed my order and the status is "Not yet sent". I have contacted them in many ways, I never got a feedback or any response. I was about to order 20 starters packets and thankfully I didn't because then I would pay 580€ for nothing. I think that I just wasted 50€ as it looks like I would never receive my order. OMG! I should see this before I placed an order at nded webpage. I ordered on 28.3.2019. I sent email many time. No reply till tofay. I tried to call but couldn't reach.

Never and any problems using nded. Maybe the shipping takes a bit too long but overall it’s a very good website. I once ordered a box of nitril gloves which turned out to be out of stock. I emailed the costumer support and I got my money back.
