I placed several orders in the past

I placed several orders in the past, and it went OK (long delivery delays in certain cases, but that was still acceptable and customer service used to answer my emails within a couple days).
But I placed an order for more than €700 more than 2 WEEKS AGO (April 3rd) and there is no sign of progress as of today. I sent several emails to the customer service and they all remained unanswered. Do you think this is professional ? I'm a retailer myself and if I were to make my customers wait for 2 weeks without answering their emails, my business would be dead by now. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!! And your behaviour is taking a toll on my own business as I have shortages now !! I want to receive my order !!! You have my money, I deserve to receive my ordered items. Ordered on 16.03.2019 no goods arrived

Ordered on 16.03.2019, site says that the items haven't been shipped yet. next to product it says 0, so you don't have the items in stock? Something went wrong with my payment?And the cancellation form is a joke!!!!!! it says last entered (by nded.com) 18.03.2019. I paid my money. I had wonderful experience in 2016 when I ordered a bunch of items from this site, but now im really disappointed.
No email answers, impossible to reach by phone. terrible service!

Parcel not received and emails not responded to!

I ordered alot of products on nded on the 08/03/19 i have still not received them and i have emailed them 5 times each time not receiving any response about my package.The website is extremeley hard to cancel my parcel.My package no.GL2TGTCR.Been nearly a month and still not received any parcel.I am upset and disappointed!I want a full refund!!!

Order GL26R11K. I made and paid my order 7.3.2019. Shows still that the order hasn't been sent yet..?? What seems to be the problem with my order?

Edit: Today 8.4. I finally got my package! About 27 euro's worth of products didn't arrive, but most of them. I shall request for refund, but most likely I will not receive that. I won't ever order from NDED again!!!

I ordered 10 days ago and emailed you guys because the order status didnt change at all In those 10 days. I know it says 1 to 14 days shipping but Its almost weekend and I think it's strange the status didn't change at all. My order: GL2SFDY2.

I ordered items on the 28th of December and was informed that delivery takes between 2-14 days. However it is now the 26th of January and it still says that my order status is “not yet shipped”. I have emailed twice and called twice, all of these times I have gotten no reply.
I am wondering when my products are actually going to come. If there is going to be an even further delay I would just appreciate a refund, where I can use that money and purchase items off a more reputable website.
Ideally I would like to receive my products within the next week. However if this is too difficult I would appreciate a prompt refund.
Also, even if every second employee is out (as you claim). This is absolutely no excuse, a business should still be capable of being run even if a couple employees are out in sick leave. If you are not capable of running a company I would simply suggest shutting down your website (before you take hard-earned money off of anyone else)
If I do not receive my products or get a refund within the next week I will be involving PayPal

order BB2WQ4V7 refund

Dear Sir, Madam

I am writing to inform you that the goods I bought from your company have not been supplied completely.

On 30 September 2018 i visited your website and placed the following order BB2WQ4V7.
To date, I have not received all products I have ordered.

When I called in an attemt to learn what had happened, after a lot of attempts, I was finally able to get an employee on the line on 11 December 2018,
And we have agreed to refund the remaining amount to us, and cancel the remaining order. The female employee promised to take care of the refund within 7 days.
Again, to date I have no refunds received. Since then I am not able to reach anyone by the phone!

I am disappointed and frustrated with my receint experience purchasing products from your company and I demand my refund as soon as possible.
It is not acceptable to have to wait that long.

I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

(30-1-2019) Still nobody had contacted us as promissed in their response.

Obsiously paid, but Still not sent by NDED!!!! It is a complete shame! When trying to call their « so called » customer service (and I tried ALL the numbers!!!) no one is even answering or worst, hanging up and drop off!!! I have send a thousands emails without even getting a single reply!
If you dont want to send my order I just want my money back! I am really shocked by this lack of professionalism!!!!

Update: I received my order after a loooong waiting...fortunatly, everything I ordered was sent to me, and I received emails to inform me my order was going to be delivered! So I would conclude that it is a not so bad experience, but you have to be very patient

WRONG ITEMS AFTER "2MONTHS" OF WAITING for NDED.DE

Update (2.2.2019): Stil no sign of ordered things...

Update: After allmost 2months On 29.12.2018 they sent the shippment (without any answer on my emails, appologizes, etc...). I find out this only becouse DHL sent me the tracking number. Ok i said finaly!!! On 4.1 we get the shippment, with wrong items in it. We order 2x 250ml SCULPTING GEL KLAR, they send us two unknown contents and in the wrong capacity, i think is only 2x50ml (or less) of unknown, undeclared/untittled thing.

NDED.DE -> UN-REACHABLE, NOT-RESPONSIBLE,
NON-PROFESSIONAL.

For review answers: Please stop with this "automatic answer machine" (

start doing some real work with your disapointed customer, like we see, there are many of us.

AND for the finaly, stop asking people to give you order number on review, there is no reply button to do that!! And you should never ask on public site to do that!! Then everybody can use this order number and say watewerTheyWant to you. if your workers is ill for 2months, then you should get substitute for those people. This is not acceptable for us. If Spain,French,Deutsch,.. workers cant send shippment, then send it from anywhere else.

I think you should delete your phone numbers from webpage - they are useless, probably you can do this with your info(@)nded.de email too!!

Where is my package!!!!!

Worst online shopping experience of my life

Ordered three products first time on 25th of September. My products weren't shipped until 10th of October. The package arrived a month later, missing two of the products. The information paper said that two of the items could not be sent at that time and Nded.com would sent them to me as soon as possible. I did not hear anything from Nded for a long time nor did I receive the items. I decided to contact customer service about the items, btw I don't understand why you have listed a Finnish customer service number on the site when there's never anyone taking calls on that line. Never. Nded contacted me like 5 days later saying that there was a problem with their systems and two of the products weren't sent because of that, not because they were out of stock or anything. If I hadn't contacted customer service myself, I probably would have never gotten the items I paid for. As of today, 11th of December, I just received the two missing products.

To sum it up, I ordered on 25th of September and received all my items on 11th of DECEMBER after a lot of trouble. Unacceptable service, beware of this company. I don't have anything good to say about Nded, order your nail stuff from another company that actually is reliable and cares about their customers.

Has not been sent yet

13-11-2018 I ordered a load of nail supplies but my status still says dat the package has not been sent yet! (order number:GL2134RP)
I've already sent an e-mail on their site but there is no response.
I'm getting clients for the Hollidays so I really need the products.
I was so excited for these products but this kind of service is really setting me off.

Slow

Long delivery time, it took 3 weeks. Customer service was very bad at answering emails (have been waiting for a week for a reply) so I thought after reading the reviews that we were scamed. But today I received a notification that the package finally arrived. Hope the stuff is fine :)
