I have bought some products from this…

I have bought some products from this company since July 13 and I have not received anything yet, I have tried to communicate with them by email and I have not received an answer, the email has been sent on July 24 and today they are not respond, I would like to know how long it will take to arrive or I should cancel the order and get the refund of my money, if you have problems with logistics please do not continue selling your products online, when a person uses the online service is because they need or want to acquire these products is not to get upset waiting for you to solve your business difficulties.

Three weeks and my order still has not been shipped

Three weeks and my order still has not been shipped. They dont answer on email, nor when i try to call. This is scam, and i will never recommend or order anything from them again.

STAY AWAY

I am beyond furios with this company, in April I've placed an oreder for 258€, they never sent me an email about the delivery so I've start contacting them invain, no one answers the call. So after ten email I told them that I dont want them to send anytrhing anymore as I have the right for the fully return. Two days after I've recived an email from this woman
Mrs. N. Schwinghoff telling me they shipped anyway. After telling them that I don't want anything she tells me that she couldn't stop the delivery but once I'd received I could send it back right away without opening.
Now two months later no refund, two email saying they didn't received anything back but most of all, right now they DO NOT answer back my email or my phone calls. I will surely report them to the european consumer office.
Stay away from this company !!!
p.s. one of the email address used came back as failure delivery...just saying

Need is the worst experience I've ever had

Need is the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered an UV lamp - which was broken when it arrived (and the cable was dirty and everything was so unprofessional with it) so I wanted to return it. It took SEVERAL weeks and emails and I had to HUNT them and write again and again to just get a reply. And when I got a reply they COMPLETELY IGNORED what I said. I said SO CLEAR I want to return it, and have a refund. And they said to cut the cable, send pictures etc. And when I FINALLY at last got them to give me information about how to return they said they will send a new one. I said NO and was VERY clear. I do NOT want a new one. They said ok. they PROMISED to pay the return costs. I paid the shipping cost to return the device (which I got back after A LONG LONG time - and after I had emailed them again and again). And now I was waiting for the refund for the device...

Then I get an email that a new device has been sent. OMG I can't believe Need.com. I have been VERY CLEAR I don't want another one!!!! Also I messaged them IMMEDIATELY, and I got a reply they canceled it. But then there was no more reply about the refund.... and today I received the device again. I'm so mad! I've never been so mad about a company before. This Is the worst NON TRUSTWORTY company EVER! DO NOT buy electronical devices from here.....I'm sick and tired of having to email them again and again and again!

Agreed to a refund but never sent the money

They informed me my order would be incomplete after they had already taken payment. Then they sent me a wrong item.

I asked them to refund those purchases and they agreed. However they never sent the money. Then they stopped responding to my emails.
