This company is a scam. They filter all of their social media by removing tagged photos and deleting negative comments. Seeing as though they have 22k followers on Instagram, you’d think they’d have more than 3 comments on their photos, especially since they advertise like crazy. They also reuse the same customer “testimonials” on their stories.

Their customer service is a JOKE. They use the same responses to reply to negative reviews and the same two templates to reply to your emails. Don’t even bother asking for an order number, let alone a tracking number, because they will not provide one and instead ensure you that your package is on the way and that there’s delays.

If you were lucky enough to pay through PayPal, you can certainly get your money back. Although, not before the company tries sending PayPal a tracking number to try to dispute the chargeback. This tracking number is valid but will never scan/update since the order will never leave the facility.

I tried cancelling my order MINUTES after it was placed and didn’t receive a response until I sent a follow up email 4 days later. In the response they claim it can’t be cancelled since it already shipped, but as mentioned above, the tracking shows it has not shipped yet.

EDIT AFTER COMPANY REPLY: Their claim that the tracking has been updated is a lie. I posted this anonymously so they’d have no way of knowing. I did check, however, and it still says it hasn’t shipped.

My Aretha set took a month to come and now I want my money back but they are not responding ! It’s a scam, all the good reviews and ratings must be fake

I saw so many great reviews and decided to purchase the Aretha Set. It’s been nearly two weeks and I have not even received a tracking number nor do they respond to my texts... im starting to think all these reviews are fake; this website is a scam, please make sure you dont waste your money. I asked for a refund and am praying I can get my money back.

Update: its been over a month and i have not received the refund they claimed to have given me. Today i received the Aretha Blue set but the color is not the blue shown but a much lighter turquoise. I also got sent the wrong size, so it doesn’t fit me.

This is either a fake company or a very unprofessional one. Either way don't order from them. I ordered with "priority shipping" a week ago and nothing. I've emailed with no reply I tried the chat feature no one replies to that either and the number no one picks up. Gonna end up having to dispute it with paypal. Do not buy from this company it's a scam.
UPDATE: after I finally received my order it was broken and the wrong size I submitted photos and was told they'd get back to me on refunding my own money even though they had no problem taking my money instantly and that was a month or so ago still nothing. I was also told they'd resend my order anyways and they never did that either not that I wasn't it anyways this was the cheapest looking thing ever. I disputed with my bank they can deal with them now. And the reply they gave about contacting them in a joke they never reply.

This is one of the online stores that I feel reassured about the designs and styles. Fashionable especially the quality of their products is excellent.

I purchased the Aretha bralette set, the website assured that shipping takes 2-3 days it’s been 5 days and I have not received any further emails about a delay or a tracking number the customer service number they provided is out of service and no one response to my emails I seen all the good reviews and was looking foward to having this set but from personal experience I recommend not buying from here !
