Whatever you do, do not buy from Neith. I ordered 2 products, received 1, notified them and they told me my nonexistent roommate (I live alone) stole my other product. I’ve reached out to them and attempted to receive a refund and wanted to know how I could return the 1 product I received and all they told me to do was to go look for the missing item. This is false advertising. They claim they offer “hassle free returns” yet they refuse to allow me to make a return. I’ve even tried contacting them on Instagram and they blocked me. Literally blocked me. They not only provide low quality knockoffs of lounge underwear, gooseberry intimates, and bluebella, but they have absolutely poor customer service, and false advertisement. They just take your money and tell you to go away. Pathetic.

I wish I could give zero stars. Please do NOT buy from this company. It’s a complete scam and you will not receive your order. They tried to charge my card more than once and I had to cancel my card and get my money back that way. Don’t waste your time or money. The instagram ads are fake and so are the good reviews. EDIT: I used a fake name on here because you guys already stole my info. You guys did try to charge my card 3 times but the bank blocked it. This company is a joke and I don’t know how you guys get away with it. I’ve already reported you guys on Instagram as well. Shame on you guys. Your photos are and lingerie is literally the same as honey birdettes.

It’s been 5 days now and I still never received a tracking number or my package... I had emailed them with no response back as well as there is no way to get a refund.. I just want my money back as I haven’t received my order yet...

Scam. I asked to cancel my order after I realized and they said once an order has been placed it can’t be cancelled. That doesn’t make sense, it should be able to. They sent an email that said my order is delayed for 4-6 more days, well it’s been 4-6 more days and no info about my order being shipped!! There is no tracking number or anything. I just want a refund and my money back.

DO NOT buy from this company. Their ad on my Instagram is 100% the exact photo taken from the Honey Birdette website. They are not selling what’s in the photographs. You may get a cheap knockoff but their photos are stolen. I recognize so many of them! It’s so insane that Instagram allows phony companies to advertise on its platform. They have been reported. Please do so as well and save others from the pain of losing money. The reviews here and comments on their Instagram are so blantantly fake! 🤥🙄

#9196 - I wish I would've checked the negative reviews and gone with my gut. All the positive reviews appear to be fake, never really specifying on what they bought or giving a general review on the items and all English seems a little off. Have they even gone to the website? There's not that many items there and people are saying they use this site for all their shopping like WHAT, also that it's soo cheap, are ya'll rollin in that dough because it's really not even with their constant sale.

Anyways, I thought they were legit because they had a shop account and quad payments but they do not respond to any of your emails/concerns. All emails go through their one support email.

All negative reviews here get responded with the same standard blurb, and the one I did see that included her order number they did not respond to her LOL so I suspect they will not say anything to me either.

Their 1-3 priority shipping is a lie (my order still has not shipped, no tracking number, nothing), never respond to emails. I am in the process of moving and so will probably be gone by the time they get back to me IF they do. I have sent them an email telling them to cancel my order, but don't worry I WILL BE requesting a charge back from my credit card company.

Save yourself the hassle and don't purchase from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered over a month ago and still have no received anything. I can’t get in contact with anybody from Neith. I’ve tried dm’ing on Instagram, Facebook, and even their website. Tonight I tried calling the phone number listed and it went straight to a busy or out of service tone. Nobody will email be back either. Absolutely ridiculous. SCAM

Ordered with them and never got an order confirmation or number or shipping info or anything. The listed email to contact them on paypal does not exist. I found another email through their website and reached out about it. It's been a week with no reply. Do not recommend

I ordered my items well before the holiday season and it took forever to get to me. The items don’t ship internally from the US, they ship from China. They sent me the wrong size so I immediately requested a return for refund. They have the most outrageous return process. First you have to send them a photo of your items. Then you have to fill out a Google form and wait for them to get back to you with an address to return the items to. Already scammer-like processes. I immediately requested a refund and filled out the form when I saw they sent me the wrong size. This was one month ago and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I’ve reached out to them 3 times for a status update. Twice I was ignored and on the 3rd time I was told to “continue kindly waiting.” Do not trust this place! Save yourself the headache.

I ordered from Neith Fashion November 4, 2020. I placed an order of 5 items and received my first set of lingerie on December 14, 2020. I was given a tracking number a whole month after I initially placed my order only to not be able to view the process of where my items were. The tracking only showed where it was shipping from which was from China and not Los Angeles, CA where the business is stated to be placed. When I received my 4 out of 5 items( I am still waiting on an item) I immediately noticed that the lingerie is not what was advertised on the Neith Fashion website. The lingerie is badly mimicking the design in the photos and looks to be cheaply hand made. I spent 126$ on crap that this company is producing. Please DO NOT FALL FOR THE FALSE REVIEWS AND PRETTY IMAGES. THIS COMPANY WILL PLAY WITH YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This is a whole pretty scam BEWARE

The product is of high quality. Very comfortable to wear and the size essily find in the store. The service is awesome and with very attractive and competitive price

Scam. Ordered something weeks ago, didn’t receive any replies to my emails. I write a review then suddenly have their attention enough for them to say they lost my order somewhere and I’ll receive a refund. Now another few weeks and still no refund, reply, or order details. They just keep leading you on until they hope you’ve forgotten about your order.
Do not recommend at all. Good luck.

Neith is my go to place when i know i have upcoming events. I have been purchasing dresses there online and i am very happy with the quality of the dresses i bought so far. In a few months i will be attending my brother's wedding and i know where to get an elegant dress. Neith has sure been my plug for months and i'm a happy customer.

Is this site a scam..? I placed my order 7 days ago with Priority Shipping (2-3 Days with Tracking) where the site advertised it would arrive prior to Christmas. I reached out to the customer service team and no response.. I still haven't received a tracking number for my order either..

Best site for shopping.. Every girl must visit their site once they have huge collection, their product quality is also excellent. Very soft and comfortable, skin friendly too. Can't wait to buy more.

I ordered my order back in September and I never received my order. I received my second order first within a month. I wish I would of never ordered my second knowing what I had to go through with my first order. They shipped my first item to Texas address I clearly i live in Virginia nowhere near there. I been trying to work with this company, but don't even want to send me my money back its scam. How they supposedly ship my item thousands miles away and won't refund my money or send me a new item. I am highly disappointed.

Reviews are all positive and seem to be from fake accounts. I’ve emailed Neith customer service saying that I want to cancel and refund my order because I believe it to be a scam. No response.
Don’t waste your money or give them any personal information!
