I ordered and received a faulty item. I messaged for a refund and sent pictures of the item since November 25th when I received my item. I've been ignored twice now since emailing, how ironic you only have 30 days to return and I'm coming up on that mark. This company is a joke. I just want my money back.

I ordered from Neith at least 2 months ago and got my order 1 month later. They sent me the wrong size and a defective product. I've been emailing and messaging on instagram at least three times a week and they've been ignoring me after telling me that they are sorry. I'm so frustrated because neith products aren't cheap. I just want my money back!

I wish I read the reviews prior to spending so much money on this website. The 2-3 day priority shipping was a major reason for me choosing to use this company but its been over 3 weeks and they have not responded to my email or the '24/7 online chat', even the phone number is a fake! There is no tracking number for my purchase and seems like it hasn't even been dispatched. I want my money back, such a disappointment.

If you ordered anything off of Instagram from this company, consider that money gone. I have yet to get my items I ordered before Thanksgiving, and there is no options for a refund. DO YOUR RESEARCH! DO NOT BUY FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!

I’ve been waiting for over a month for my package. Received several different tracking numbers and all dead ends. The company is awful with communicating back it takes days. Not to mention I had a lot of patience due to COVID I understand delays. However, my tracking number was cancelled and I still have nothing to show. This is horrible for customers.

Package still has not shipped, emailed and it has been days with no answer. Tried to call the number listed and it says it busy. Starting to think this is a scam. I even commented on facebook and no answer. I order for a photoshoot so guess I am going with other options. Oder 6514.

They did issue a refund and said they still sent the item for FREE. But it’s been a week and still not here and 3 emails later asked for a tracking number and no response. The $159 in my cart will go to another company for sure. Don’t waste you’re time.

Awful customer service never gets back to customers. Product was delivered incorrectly and the company has failed to get back to me about it at all.

Update: They took a very long time to get back to me but they finally did and issued a full refund. I responded to the email they sent me and they haven't replied back at all it has almost been another week.

A complete scam. All the positive reviews are fake and fake pictures. They delete all the negative reviews andblock you from posting actual pictures of their cheap lingerie. Absolutely no customer service they provide a non working phone number and dont reply to emails. The products they advertise are not what they sell. Its garbage.

I placed an order over a month ago. They kept saying "sorry for the delays" then gave me a fake tracking number. They refused to give me a refund and now they won't respond to me at all. I have tried emailing them, chatting them, their phone number doesn't work, and I've tried contacting on social media. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU

I ordered 1 set of lingerie 13 days ago! This is by far the longest time I've ever had to wait for such a small order, I’m really disappointed 7 days ago I received a email saying it has been shipped, but when I track my order on route it says it hasn’t moved at all and has been in Hong Kong since the day I ordered it!, I also wish I knew they manufactured there products in Hong Kong because I wouldn’t of bought it!! Hopefully the material isn’t too cheap :/ UPDATE: material is cheap as hell I’ve only worn this thing once just to try it on and it actually hurt, also not to mention I didn’t get a option to choose separate sizes for my bra and undies and only allowed me to get the same size for both soo, I would only buy here if your looking for something that really won’t last long like a one time use lol
