Do not use this company or believe other fake reviews!
I am not impressed. They take forever and the tracking numbers they provide are invalid. I can't get a refund and now just have to wait. I just read some reviews that said the quality of the lingerie is poor.
Update:
DO NOT BUY! This company ships from CHINA and not from Los Angeles as they claim. The quality of clothing is poor. The positive elaborate reviews are fake. The clothes look nothing like the pictures.

Came in a shein bag. Doesn't look great. The straps aren't adjustable on the aviana set in red so it looks baggy and not well fitted. I'd pay the shein price on this yes but considering I didn't order from shein I didn't expect this. If you want to order from here save yourself money and order on shein instead.

I have ordered some intimates from NF and have never had an issue, apart from one lingerie being too small as I hadn't checked the sizing guide. What I love the most is the aviana set. Super dope! I recommend it to my friends and they shop from here too and they all love it, highly recommend!

Wish I could give 0 stars !! I order a dress & lingerie set over a month ago, the package finally came in & no dress ! The lingerie broke as soon as I put it on, so poorly made. I messaged on Instagram & was immediately blocked. Don’t order, I payed over $65 for nothing!!!

PLEASE do not buy from here.. I brought the Green 3 piece set you see all over Facebook along with a cute dress.
I got put through such a weird process!
They email you after you have purchased like normal, the 'boss' even sends you another email.
They keep pushing your order back and back until you hopefully forget or they never need to send it. They send you fake links for shipping or multiple different links with different companies that have nothing even being sent.
I also got another email stating my 'Red' 3 piece set is delayed and the dress has been sent.. I ordered a green 3 piece set not a red one.
When I addressed all this issues I received the typical 'covid is causing delays reply' but no mention of the new colour choice of my order..
Now I ordered weeks ago and I still have no received a thing.
The comments on facebook are all FAKE!
I have requested a refunded multiple times with no success and I still would love my funds returned as I clearly am not receiving any goods!
I was really excited to get my things and hopefully find a cool new company to buy from but never ever again.

I sent an email to request a refund and return and if they don't contact me back, will go through my bank as these reviews on here aren't promising. Do not recommend :(

SCAM ALERT
I, like everyone else, feel this is a scam. Regardless of what their responses might be about “delays in warehouse, lack of staff, etc” they shouldn’t promise 1-3 day shipping on their website if they know that is a lie. Customers shouldn’t be lied to, and wouldn’t be by a credible company. That’s a red flag. It’s also pretty obvious that they are using fake reviews, so that’s another red flag. I am order #8877 but am looking to cancel.

I placed an order on December 18th and have yet to get any tracking information. Every time I contact them I get similar responses that the shipment was delayed or there was a mix up in the fulfilment centre and they would get my tracking information to me soon. Yet I have still not received any updated information. My order number is 8594.
