I have changed my iPhone and have faceID on all my apps. There is no way I can use it now. It asks for my Username and password. Can’t remember them and trying to change my password . Sent my email and just says it’s not recognised!
Help!

Thanks

Low availability of foreign funds and stocks and higher brokerage fees vs Saxo. And no option to start an Aktiesparekonto. Moving your holdings to a different bank will cost you 2000dkk for more than 4 foreign investments and 1000dkk for more than 4 danish ones.

I had open accounts in many banks (Danish and abroad), this has the worst platform ever + worst and slowest service ever.
+1 month to open the account, +1 hour waiting time on the phone every time, +10 days for email replies...
Anything but this.

There is a broad selection of ETF, and other products. Some features, like the monthly savings are indeed very nice. The buying process is extremely fast.
Unfortunately, the portfolio overview provides only basic information, and the support is very slow at answering.

Nice UI and good customer service that listens to their customers. I feel safe with Nordnet.
The commission are high for international markets and the trading markets are a little limited.

It has currently taken me 3 weeks and 3 attempts to get a useful answer from their customer service to transfer my portfolio here. My current platform is waiting on Nordnet so I'm locked out of my portfolio. Not being able to trade for this period has so far cost me 500K. Needless to say I wish I had never moved my portfolio to Nordnet.

How can you call you a high end broker, if it is almost impossible to trade OTC?

I have not had any problems so far. Website works as it should and I love the månedsopsparing.
I have not given them 5 stars as:
Ungdomskonto took months to get accepted
Kurtage (Commission) Is very very high
You cannot trade american ETFs (Like on Etoro)

This review is based on my experence using Aldersopsparing and Månedsopsparing. I think the website is very easy to use, I have no complaints. Every time I have questions, I contact the costumer support and they manage to help me.

I've written several emails, one even notifying them of their frontend being broken.
I've also asked direct questions about transferring stocks from US-based brokers to Nordnet.
Everything ignored for weeks - unprofessional. It feels like they don't want new customers. Look elsewhere.
Edit: It's now June 9th and I still haven't heard a thing.

They answer after 5/10 days and they play with you on the phone so you never talk to their customer support. I was not able to subscribe after sending all documents and my login info were not working so I gave up and sent them an email asking to cancel my data. They answered back telling me that I need to log in and doing that from the app! So I cannot ask them to cancel my data and this is against the GDPR

Better than Saxo or Robinhood, worse than a real broker.
Nordnet asked me write this review. To be honest, it is a mixed bag: Their platform is not perfectly stable and especially in times of high market volatility it is at times just not available at all. When trying to log-in you are simple greeted with an "Internal Server Error 500" or an empty page. This is of course really bad. Sadly, the problem is compounded by the fact that Nordnet only accepts limit-orders which are very close to the current price of a security which means you can't setup a bunch of orders to be executed in days of high volatility ahead of time.
Their customer service is very hard to reach and not often helpful. I was told repeatedly that their service is "great", that they are "so much better than last year" and that my expectations of being able to trade freely with reasonable order limits and a platform that is available during market hours is "expecting too much". When asked why Fidelity or Vanguard can provide this kind of service I was told that of course Nordnet can't be compared to "real brokers".
In short: it is a mixed bag. Much better than Saxo for sure. But not recommended unless you do nothing but simple ETF trades or need the automatic reporting to SKAT.
EDIT: I tried to get some basic things fixed with the Nordnet Customer service but they are not even willing to discuss simple fixes (like e.g. showing allowed ranges for limit orders in their app). The more I interact with Nordnet the more disappointed I am.

Worst customer support I have ever experienced. Have tried to help my farther set up an account - after 3 attempts, and waiting hours for their very busy staff, I give up and set it up elsewhere.

I needed to transfer money back to my jyskebank company account in order to pay tax. In januar 27 i found out that it is not straight forward as you would expect from a bank, but the outgoing account has to be pre-approved by Nordnet, a think that strikes me to be very odd as this is the same account that the money came from in the first place. So i send a message with the required material, and within the same day got the reply back that it had been send on to processing. After they had 5 working days to approve, and nothing has happened i wrote a new message - no answer. I called and the guy from customerservice said he would set the request to 'priority'. The 8 feb i send another message asking to transfer some money to my account in jyskebank so that i could pay the taxes. No reply. Now, 10 feb its due day to pay the taxes and i cannot!!
I can absolutely not recommend Nordnet after this, and will asap find another way to invest my capital. And I will post a complaint to "Det finansielle ankenævn' because I think the customer service is below what is considered appropriate for doing banking in Denmark.
Horrible customer service!
Suddenly they told me, that I was not approved to trade OTC stocks.
Beside I have done their test for 2 month ago (approved), and I have been placing 10 trades afterwards.
And one evening, a woman in their support, told me that I was not allowed to trade OTC because of the test (that already has been approved)
I thought it was a joke, but she was very serious and hung up on the phone - not even saying goodbye. Plus it was not true, that I haven't passed the test for OTC.
I am in chock!
Really bad customer support especially for someone claiming something that is not true!
Warmly,
Simon
