The shoes are comfy and look amazing but the durability is awful. I have had 2 pairs ruined within this last year, despite not using them for anything outside walking. I emailed customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything due to them being bought through footasylum.

Brilliant shoes wore them for 3 and half years straight and they have only just started breaking down now. Honestly worth every single penny and I cant wait to purchase another pair

Shoes came on time. The quality is insane. My expectations were not this high! quality is insane! especially comparing them to my Nike and new balance shoes. Feel so premium even the sizing label in the inside. They look insanely nice too. Very happy! Would 100000% buy again!

Customer service team was brilliant, I purchased a pair of trainers a few months back and they torn at the front, I contacted there customer service team and they replied very quickly, asked me to send the trainers back so there team could have a look at them, then they sent me a new replacement pair as they said it was a manufactured issue. Everything was very quick and they kept me informed through out. Brilliant customer care team thankyou

I first found out about this company when they had a pop-up store in shortage box park I bought one pair of shoes and wear them for a few days and instantly went back for a second pair. Four years or so later I’m pretty sure I have the majority of the colours and these are pretty much all I wear. The qualities always top-notch and the unboxing experience is extremely premium.

Even as a customer in the US, NTW has delivered fast. I love the uniqueness and the quality of the clothing and, their main product, shoes.

Honestly, i love the silhouettes of the shoes they make. The color variations are always top notch and it's such a great statement piece. The type of shoe also is such a classic look, the shape would never go out of style
