This brand was really helpful and the trainers were perfect just as described one of my favourite shoe brands now own many pairs will definitely come back for more. Thank you!

I became a fan of this brand and got 3 different types of shoe with them. Knowing how to take care of shoes and living in London I hadn't a second thought.

One pair bought in Jul 2023 (just over a year) has worn down on the pads of the feet on the inside, the inside collar where the achilles is, has worn down through the material. Along with glue on the midsole non existant where parts of the shoe falls off.

The other two pairs both have different issues, one with discolouration and the other one gives awful blisters.

In all, the design and vision is cool. But the manufacturing and support lacks heavily. I'd probably avoid if this area of the company isn't going to be given more focus.

Customer Service was excellent. Fast to reply. Extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Can't wait for my pair to arrive.

I brought a pair of trainers for my son who hasn't been able to wear them as they give him blisters. They are in new condition but the company will not take them back to exchange for a larger size. I spent a lot of money on trainers my son can not wear and the customer service team were not willing to help. Worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Loved the Syzygy that much I bought 2 pairs. Being a sneakerhead this is what you do if you like a pair so you can rock one and stock one.

My first pair was getting a bit well worn so I wore them out in the rain on a walk and decided to clean them when I got home with my normal cleaning kit and brush. I decided to skip the solution as I’d never cleaned a pair before and just used cold water.

I left them to dry and came back to find all the colour from the black mudguard had bled all through the white.

I tried raising with their customer support and got fobbed off with “you’ve scrubbed too hard” which is a joke.

Being a sneakerhead for 10+ years and cleaning up as well as restoring my own pairs to then being told by a newish brand that I’m at fault is appalling.

Sold all my NTW shoes and will never buy again. If you’re going to wear and get them mucky don’t clean them as you may face the same problem.

Avoid like the plague.

I recently tried to order a pair of trainers but card got no confirmation email. Emailed customer service and received a response within half an hour.

Very helpful and responses were quick to get the issue resolved.

Looking forward to receiving the shoes

Ordered trainers over a week ago for my son’s birthday. Still no notification about shipping. Got one reply from customer service after requesting more information, with a template reply stating they are waiting for mystery boxes to come back in stock, which is strange because I never ordered a mystery box just 1 pair of trainers.

I'm from India, living in Bahrain. I've known Callux for a long time from YouTube and when he started Notwoways I was so eager to grab a pair but at that I wasn't earning. But when I was able to buy the shoes I was blown away. It's everything I want in a shoe. Since then never looked back.
The best part is even if you miss a drop they hook you up with that pair in your size. I've never seen this type of service with any brand ever. It's not about the shoes, it's the brand, it's the experience that I get after buying their product.

Very easy order, arrived in 2 days, comfiest shoes i’ve ever worn whilst a great design, will buy again.

I've never really been much of a sneakerhead but when my friend told me I had to try on his pair, he wasn't wrong, the comfiest shoes I own - might need to buy another pair soon as I have worn them so much! Got them in multiple styles as well and are always comfortable.

I’ve bought several pairs but have a real liking for the Formulas, my most recent purchase being the HKE’s, what a superb shoe, absolutely loving them. I highly recommend NTW, the price vs quality is incredible and the presentation, box/bag etc is really impressive.

Shoes came on time, but decided to return it as it wasn't for me. Team decided to not give me a refund or even a partial refund as I wore them once the check them out. They expected me to pay more money to return the shoes to me, safe to say I will not be buying from this place again.

Ordered from these nearly a week ago, the shipping company still hasn’t received the order. Supposed to be next day delivery.
