Ordering is incredibly easy and the quality of shoe's are fantastic. Also, the customer service is second to none. The service was fast and helpful, abd I couldn't recommend it enough.

Pukka shoe and service. That simple.
Shoes look the dogs. Comfortable as anything. Customer service excellent.
Had an issue in which the shoes were unexpectedly held at customs causing a delay, but it was communicated quickly to me. Updates were provided too and when it fell slightly out of the extended timeframe provided, I was refunded delivery and a credit applied to my account as an apology.
That customer service alone warrants a review - thank you Gemma.

First of all I just want to say thank you to some of the workers at Notwoways. Gemma and Katie you was both brilliant I'm sure a lot of you share the same name so you can also share the credit. My parcel got lost in transit and I never received it and they all helped me out and sent me out new ones which I have now received. I'm very thankful and the shoes look amazing!!!

I needed a pair of the M1 Just White and Gemma really helped me out and managed to get me a pair even though they said no stock. Legend!

I recently bought my 2nd pair of ‘Just White’ after my current ones have been worn out. Had issues with delivery cause of Royal Mail but Katie was lovely in helping me resolve the issues and they have arrived and are perfect, really comfy. I have now bought a total of 4 pairs but did have issues with the ‘Kyori’ they were really uncomfortable and had little bits coming out the soles making them painful to walk in but overall my other pairs have been fantastic couldn’t ask for anything more.

Ordered the wrong size and needed to change super simple to complete and Gemma on customer service was a star no automated service replied quickly to any questions.

Due to this will deffinatly be ordering another pair.

Ordered my first pair, unfortunately picked the wrong size. Emailed customer support and they had the issue sorted within 24 hours. Big ups to Gemma who is an absolute pleasure to speak to. The site is extremely user friendly and well layed out. You are sent an email asking you to confirm if you do in fact want to sign up to the mailing list, little things that make huge differences. All round an amazing experience, super excited to rep the shoes. Thank you NTW ❤️

Have ordered 7 pairs of NTWs now. The shoes are excellent quality, super comfy and very reasonably priced considering the quality of production. The mystery box especially was a great purchase as they ensured I did not have a duplicated pair and as a result I got a pair I really liked for a reduced cost and some little extras. Great company

Not only are the products incredible, but the team behind them are so helpful and accommodating. I ordered 2 mystery boxes, one was a gift which I got the wrong size. It’s been the easiest process to exchange this when usually with mystery boxes especially it’s non refundable/returnable! 10/10 👍🏻

Trainers themselves are top quality, bit bulky but super comfortable

Really bad company. Have ordered numerous shoes from the company and some have taken months to even be posted. They sell shoes that they haven’t even received in the country yet and then send out bulk emails apologising for delays.
If you don’t have the product, don’t sell it. As stated, I’ve bought numerous shoes but only been able to actually keep one pair, as their sizes don’t fit with corresponding UK sizing most of the time.

Poor customer service. Poor experience all round on their mystery boxes, too. I won’t be ordering from them again and would urge other people not to. If you have an issue, you’ll be made to feel a fool and they’ll try and rinse you for every penny they can on refunds. £85 mystery box purchased, shoes sent back and baseball cap kept. They refunded me £35 stating that the baseball cap was “limited edition” and £50. Unfounded with zero proof provided at all. Outrageous from a company that claims to be so high and mighty in comparison to the big brands. Stick to the big brands, avoid this one at all cost.

Very disappointed in returns policy as paid £4 shipping already and I wanted to return shoes but it's at the customers expense which when I priced it up it costs £5.50+

Christmas is stressful for everyone, especially popular companies who have a high demand for their products. However, this delivery and purchase as well as the communication from the team at notwoways has made my Christmas! I could not have asked for a better pair of shoes for my boyfriend and his face when he opened them was the greatest gift of all. Thank you for ensuring they made it to me in time, thank you for your kindness with the product received as the upgrade perk and thank you for being so communicative. I will most definitely be shopping here again!

Ordered my third pair via the mystery box and emailed to ask what the ETA would be because I’m too excited for them. I received a response within 10 minutes and Gemma was very helpful!

These are the most comfortable trainers I own. I wear them often, walking lots in them and they still look like new. I have just bought a pair for my husband and he loves them too. Great brand!
