I've been a long time fan of the brand and have had five shoes from them in total, all of which I've loved and have worn the hell out of. The quality of their shoes continues to impress me and I can always find designs that gel with me despite their range being more focused than other shoe brands.
I can also commend their customer service which I'd had the pleasure of dealing with for various reasons such as attendance at special events and to get replacement laces. It's always a real person responding like a human and treating you like one not just another number.
I'd highly recommend this company and their shoes. I hope they continue to go from strength to strength.

Absolutely love the brand. Shoes are amazing and always exactly what they need to be and more. They are detailed oriented and feel special to have them. Each drop feels intentional. Keeping that feeling and making every shoe feel so so special is what keeps me coming back. I’d love for more neutrals, maybe a pastel inspired line with neutral shades or something. My only things that I’ve experienced that have been not as positive are:

- Coupon stopped working before expiration and when trying to get it resolved it still did not work unfortunately

- Foams sound silly when you walk, like squeaky clown shoes no matter how you utilize the shoe layers

- My left black lacuna broke from the left side and the left heel tab. I do not know why, my other shoes have all been amazing and haven’t had any deterioration or structural integrity issues

Overall, I love notwoways and (besides foams) have never had a pair I have opened and haven’t loved immediately! Keep up the amazing work, I’m excited to see what else is in store for you guys!!

The comfiest footwear I have ever worn

Always great service, quick delivery and shoes of the highest quality. The styles are all amazing but even if not all for you there is something for everyone! I have nearly 20 pairs for a reason! My favourite brand. No Two Ways about it!

The team at notwoways emailed me saying i was in their top 1% of customers and should leave a review, and i would receive a 10£ voucher.

During the fourth of July weekend, the company was kind enough to offer free shipping to America. I jumped on the opportunity of course, so imagine my face when i received an invoice for 97$!

I contacted support and they told me there was nothing they could do.

This company is EXTREMELY misleading and nontransparent about shipping costs and has a terrible customer service team (except katie she was helpful).

If theres any take away from this, it would be dont buy it unless you live in the UK.

Cant wait to not use the voucher they offered because it wont even cover the cost of a shipping label.

I own over 15 pairs, and I couldn’t be happier with them! I’ve had Nike, Adidas, and many other brands, but none are as comfortable and durable as Notwoways. The website is easy to navigate, and the customer support is amazing.

Once, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I contacted support, and within less than an hour, they replied and corrected the order — just incredible service.

If you’re thinking about buying a pair, I can only encourage you to go for it — you won’t regret it! And if you want a recommendation, the M1 HKE ULTIMATE BY JME are amazing; I wear them pretty much every time I go out.

Best brand. Period. Been here since very beginning, wear them everywhere, spreaded the NTW world in Italy for years now. I have a walk in closet full of pairs displayed like diamonds. Please never stop guys, I'll keep on buying. 100/10

What started as genuine love for the brand and style, has now become an absolute obsession for me.

When the brand launched in 2020, I immediately knew it was going to be a game changer. And they have not disappointed.

The uniqueness of all the colourways and styles are refreshing, every new release is something different yet somehow homogeneous with the whole brand identity.

100% would recommend to any sneakerheads looking for something different from the mainstream, yet still eye catching and at the forefront of design.

NoTwoWays are the best shoes I’ve ever owned so much so I’m now on 29 pairs and counting.

NTWs are the best shows i have ever owned! They are so comfortable and for me the perfect shoes for everything. I have ordered so many already because I dont just like the shoes… I LOVE the brand! Best quality, most comfy and on top of that BEST Support team.

As I am from Austria, I have expected some issues with deliveries, only once I had a problem because of DPD France, but even then, the NTW support crew were so benevolent. I am genuenly so pleased with everything this company has to offer!

I have enjoyed my notwoways shoes since the first drop. The shoes are comfortable and come in such fun colorways. I love how Cal and Rocky engage with the customers and ask for opinions on colorways and designs. Probably around 90% of the shoes I own are notwoways.

I don’t own over 40 notwoways items for no reason, they’re genuinely the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn.

It’s evident that the brand has never settled for just good enough. Since day one, the fit, build quality and materials have only improved. The shoe's structure feels more refined with every release, and even their accessories (from hats and socks, to shoe tags and dubrae) all have thoughtful, unique nods to ntw that go beyond just slapping a logo on and calling it a day.

Delivery is reliable and accurate. On the very rare occasion something’s gone wrong, the team have always communicated transparently and gone out of their way to make up for it.

Their support has been consistently responsive since day one, whether that’s over email or through Rocky himself on Instagram. From answering specific questions about a shoe, to offering a view behind the scenes, or even handling criticism constructively, the team’s personal approach hasn’t changed, even as the brand’s grown.

(Callum is too big time though, he only communicates with us through mass emails 🙄)

I’ve been fortunate to attend a couple of their exclusive events, and meeting Rocky and Callum in person only reinforced what I already thought. Both were generous with their time and genuinely interested in hearing from the people who support the brand.

Rocky’s journey from Holland to building a company selling 50,000+ shoes a year — and using that platform to put Suriname on the map with ‘KOYRI’ is impressive in itself. You’d forgive him for getting a bit carried away with the success, but my experience was the complete opposite. He was clearly in his element, surrounded by people who share his love for ntw

Callum, still from a working class background, but with a decade's worth of adulation from his successes with YouTube, Afterparty Studios, and now notwoways, still felt grounded and incredibly humble. It’s not expected that someone with his level of success and longevity would still show that much appreciation for the support behind their ventures.

Whether it’s down to the comfort, the innovation, or Callum’s stunning jawline, notwoways has completely taken over my rotation. It’s a running joke amongst friends that notwoways is a quintessential part of my identity (honestly, true.)

Possibly biased. Still the comfiest shoes I own. Argue with the wall.

Extremely high quality shoes for a very fair price. The m1 is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, and the HKE line adds versatility to perform in the elements without sacrificing that quality or comfort. Cannot recommend enough.

Had worn out a pair of out-of-stock shoes, contacted customer support where I got help from Gemma, who was super helpful and was able to get me a new pair.
