Impressive salesperson
A knowledge salesperson, who gave honest views, and was not at all pushy in attempting more expensive or over specified for the intended activities.

Friendly and supportive PC-buying experience
We bought a mid-spec gaming PC from the Novatech showroom. The salesperson (Sam) was extremely helpful, covering the options and tradeoffs, and recommending B-grade stock (where available) to reduce the price. When I'd put it all together and had a problem, Sam took a quick look and got it working quickly and courteously.
