When i ordered the gaming pc I upgraded a few parts. I received an email asking if i would like to make a slight change as it would suit the pc better, at no extra cost.
The ordering was simple snd the sales person was very helpful.

I would put 5 stars, but Novatech didn't want to assemble my computer, because some parts of it were from Novatech and some from other sources, and Novateck present policy is only to assemble if I would by everything from Novatech. I think, it is wrong. Novatech is computer shop and should do for customers what they need.

Product is excellent: a like-for-like replacement where the backlight on my Samsung extrawide monitor gave up the ghost after... six years of good service? The LG I bought was (as you'd expect) has similar specs, cheaper, but has features like HDR and a more adjustable stand.

I called up the tech support line today about a BIOS error I was suddenly seeing upon booting up my Novatech PC. When I described the screen I was seeing they knew what the issue was right away, and despite the fact that I bought my custom-build from them over 5 years ago they were able to pull up all the details about my machine's specific parts (before I even thought to ask them to do so!) so that they could talk me through the exact steps I would need to take to move my graphics card out of the way and replace a tired battery. I tend to get a LOT of anxiety whenever anything goes wonky with my tech, and was very daunted at the prospect of having to unscrew any machine parts as I've never done so before; so I can't thank the tech team enough for their patience in both reassuring me that it was just a simple matter of a knackered battery rather than anything worrisome, and for taking the time to walk me through the exact steps I'd need to take so that I can repair it from home with just a £5 replacement battery and a screwdriver! (Also, shoutout to the quality of Novatech's PC builds themselves, as this easily-fixed hiccup is the first time I've had to call tech support about anything in the half-decade since buying my PC from them! 💖)

Did there best to resolve a issue that was happening only very occasionally, and even when out of warranty still check my computer I happy to say they have resolved my issue. You only really know a company when deal with fault I would recommend them to any one who thinking of buying a computer

In the past 10 years, I've spent a lot of money on top-tier computer systems, and have purchased from 4 different top UK computer brands. Novatech is the ONLY company out of that 4 where I haven't had to send the computer system back. Buying a computer system isn't just about the large amount of money entrusted into the machine, but also the labour of having to receive it and package it back up if it turns out to not work properly further down the line. I've bought from Novatech twice now and moving forward it's almost certainly going to be my permanent choice for computer systems moving forward. Well done.

Original item found to be defective on receipt. Replaced with fully functioning item without any problem. Excellant customer service.

I have bought several computers from Novatech - be they laptop or larger - they have always been good.
Recently a desktop built by them 12 years ago gave problems, in view of age a new more modern machine was ordered. Their service was excellent and help faultless. I recommend them.
