Spoke to KH2 with regards to renewing my car insurance. Not only did he save me a significant amount on the original quote I had receieved, and he was also a very polite and helpful individual. You couldn't fault the service I received.

Olympia (OS3) tried her best to help me with my request despite the rules she obviously had to follow. After nearly 40 minutes she succeeded in giving me satisfaction!

BH1 was assigned to me after the portal didn't recognise a new vehicle registration and I needed to change vehicle. BH1 was friendly and informative, they helped to navigate insurance for my new vehicle in replacement of the existing vehicle. I even got a refund. Thank you.

I've used them for years (never had to claim)but now I'm a platinum member ( name for someone they managed to scam) You pay a fixed monthly amount for a guaranteed price for 3 years. Sounds good but your insurance lasts 1 month on a rolling contract. So I'm never sure if I'm insured at the start of the month. I'd rather pay a years insurance and have peace of mind. Byers beware great if it works for you. But life's complicated enough without having to check I'm insured every month.

I was called by AA5 from One Call has I have just commenced my new car insurance policy with them. AA5 was very polite and keen to ensure that I had everything I needed to be happy with my new insurance policy. He pointed out some optional additional extras I may like but was not giving me the hard sell. Overall, a pleasure to talk to.

EP1 and another Agent were extremely helpful and made my renewal as smooth as it could be. I'm on my second year with them and its nice to speak to a human when so much is automated. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Worst car insurance ever. Never again faceless AI bolt cowards.
All is done online with queues of 20-49 awaiting for a response then charge £50 cancellation fee then on queuing again told there's broker fee. Then taking unauthorised non agreed £ out of bank account when I cancelled but telling me they can do on challenging. Do not car insure with this rip off insurer.

Everything I needed and everything I asked for it was delivered I can not write a bad thing about the insurance company when I buy my new car I’m definitely going back to them

Keira Goulding (KG9) was absolutely superb in dealing with my requirements on changing cars on my existing insurance policy. She not only discussed the various options but also covered the cost differences for each of them to help me decide the best option with benefits to me. I could not ask for anything more and felt happy with moving onto next steps.
