What a big scam they have cheap flight but a big rip off i just book my flight with them then they send me a email to call them to discuss my flight status and state to after 4hrs they will confirm my flight and probably my flight will be increase and when I saw that I call them right then and they dinied that and said to me that they have 70% off the flight and turn around and put me flight for another day and change my a higher price for the ticket now I tried to cancel the flight and they refused to cancel it but for me to use it another time with higher price so I go ahead and booked it for a higher price then I call the airline and cancel my reservation without any problem and with these scammer they have me for hours back and forth and will not cancel the ticket and give me back my refund what a big big scam are those people don’t even try to get involved with them you will have a nightmare you never think about

This is a complete scam!!!!!! They are liars, pure and simple!!!!!!!! They will sell you a flight that's not legitimate at all!!!!!! Do NOT fall for this BS!!!!

You book your flights and then they call you to tell you “your dates and time are flexible.” Bullshit. You either give me my tickets or you cancel my purchase.

They try to tell you that they can keep your money. They are crooks and I’ll get my money back from my CC.

BBB and US gov needs to get these overseas scammers shut down.

its a big scam, they try to wheel you in with nonrefundable discount flights, but don't tell you that it is on standby and waiting list and the discounted flight is only available 2 or 3 weeks later if at all and then they try to sell you more expensive flights

DO NOT let yourself get hooked into this bait and switch scam. I chose them from Kayak, my go-to for ticket searches. It was a new company, but I trusted it because it was listed with Kayak. After more than three hours and a yelling match because she tried to sell me a ticket I adamantly told her I would not buy....I could go on. Just DON'T use OneDollarFly under any circumstance.

HORRIBLE! Fraudulent practices. Avoid avoid. They make you book and then tell you that your booking is not yet confirmed (yet) cannot be canceled, and they try to raise the price. I think the company is probably based in India or somewhere overseas. Customer service TERRIBLE, unhelpful, and you can barely understand them.

I ordered through the site in good faith, as I needed an affordable last minute flight. I booked through this site and received a confirmation code, but no place to use it. I received no phone nor email confirmation. I called the customer service number that popped up on the site. The "number" was not set up for messages. Say whaaaaaaaaat? This site is screaming SCAM!!!!!!

They called me just to inform me that I have to pay more if I want to have the exact dates and flights and to pay more if I want to have carry on with me. I said I am not paying anything and they said with the money that you wanna pay, we can offer you only one way ticket. But this money was the price that they offered me for round-trip of the beginning. This is a scam. Don’t waste your time.

This company is a scam. I booked a round trip flight on specific dates, and not until AFTER I booked the flight was I informed that the booking was subject to change (they wanted me to fly a full MONTH later) and the ticket was nonrefundable. I am reporting them to the BBB as well as AmEx for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SCUM!

What a ripoff unbelievable I searched for low airfare only to stumble across this scam I thought I was getting a good deal to Florida only after I book they call me 2 hours later saying I have to pay another $400 hundred dollars for luggage I couldn’t believe it on the phone for 90 minutes with these crooks been flying my whole life have never experienced thievery like this wow. You can’t even cancel what a world we live in. Don’t ever ever use this scam ripoff company I just checked my flight to Florida it was cancelled by them. They said the airline canceled BS. I called and they wanted to charge me even more money after they scammed me out of $400 they tried to charge my return trip 2 more times for $600. but the credit card company declined it I had to cancel that card. The scammer kept calling me back like 18 times don’t ever use them you’ll get to the airport with no tickets. It shouldn’t be this difficult to buy a plane ticket
SCAM SCAM on the phone all day again

This website is a scam, and a lot of the positive reviews are fake.
They take ALL your personal information through a normal checkout process but they dont charge your card, then they try to call you and convince you to pay double. Don't get their call? Don't worry, they give you their number and ask you to call- but after multiple calls they dont answer. Any website that lists them should be reported, its literally just a data phishing scam.

The worst customer service and service. Never in my life had an experience like the one I had with this people terrible. They make me sick it’s a rip off. Once I got they ticket and I went to the airport the airline couldn’t find anything related to the ticket I got from these people

Why would you sell a ticket and send email asking for more money if I want the same time and flight day or o can pay more and o can fly the day requested and time it don’t make since poor service and on top out somebody in India who don’t know shit

This company advertises airline tickets at very low discounted prices, which initially seems attractive. However, after proceeding with the booking, they later inform you that the fare is “not available” and try to upsell at a much higher price.

This feels misleading and wastes customers’ time. The repeated promotional messages with unrealistic prices come across as spam rather than genuine offers. I would not recommend this service due to lack of transparency and unreliable pricing

Booked a flight for tomorrow to San Antonio. Onedollarfly’s brilliant plan? Move it to Feb 4 and refuse a refund.
Customer service was shockingly unhelpful — apparently, “significant schedule change” is just a polite suggestion in their world.
Do yourself a favor: book literally anywhere else unless you enjoy paying for flights you can’t take.

SCAM! I booked with these guys on American for $129 one-way flight and received an email at 8:05 pm saying, "Thank you for choosing OneDollarFly. Note: while your booking is successful, a confirmation mail along with your e-tickets will reach you shortly (within 4 hours or so) Please note that your purchase will be considered "complete" only when the ticket is issued. Until ticketed, the fares are not guaranteed. in the rare even of a fare increase."

I received another email at 8:50 am the next day. Saying there's a small matter we'd like to discuss with you directly. It won't take much of your time, but we'd appreciate connecting with you as soon as possible. plus more but that is the basic email. I received a phone call at 10 am telling me that the price had increased. I went online to American Airlines and saw the price yesterday was $289 and today was $289. They said that if I wanted to keep my flight, the price increased to $650 and I owed the extra. I told them that I see the regular flight on American's website was only $289 so why the extra. He got frustrated and put a supervisor on. He told me that I bought a STANDBY ticket and the "new updated price was $379. I told him I was on American's website and that was not true. He put me on hold and when he came back I had to refresh and it was magically $379. ONLY for that flight. They still wanted me to pay the $650 and gave me back to the original person.
They would not refund my money so I booked directly with United (no stops) for $279.
I don't understand how these guys are in business legally, because they just stole $129 from me and didn't care. I WILL NEVER book with these crooks again. My bad on using an unknown website that did look legit and until I say BBB they had a 3.3 which usually means bad customer service not THEIVERY. Talk about FRAUD. It is crazy!

I booked a flight (via Cheap Flights) and then realized maybe this isn't on the up and up. I locked the card before they could charge it, because there's no option to cancel it. So no confirmation, no charge, no tickets. Received an email requesting I call to correct the problem. As a courtesy, I called. They insisted I still owed them a cancelation fee...FOR WHAT? Nothing was issued. I sort of lost it on them because they weren't listening to me and my b.s. threshold is pretty low these days.
