Received the spare part

Received the spare part, airtube but it was the entire tube and covering tube not just the airtube, probably why its £60! But its black, our Bay 320 Awning is grey so its not the right part but will do the job.

The product is great

The product is great. I bought it to make up a pair. Very pleased with both. Opening it up to the seating position is a bit quirky though, but once I’d discovered how to do it, opening the folded chair becomes easy. The only downside was the extensive delivery time, but I can live with that

The delivery of my order has not happened. I have emailed your business several times and I have not had a reply. Very poor customer experience

If you follow the tracking link from our invoice and tracking e-mail you can see that Parcel force has tried to deliver on the 1st of June. According to tracking link the parcel is in the depot ready for re-delivery or collection.

No link up communication.

No link up communication between Outwell and their UK courier

Tried to deliver twice but without notification, had no idea they were coming. Stressful process of arranging the third attempt, but a good quality product has now arrived.

Customer services line cuts off at 3pm. I wish I finished that early.

Probably the worst after sales customer…

Probably the worst after sales customer services I have experienced. Was only looking to a replacement tent bag due to a faulty one that came with my purchase in March of this year. They weren't interested in slightest in helping. To be honest I don't rate the overall product quality either. But for the customer service element alone...I won't be a return customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Excellent folding bucket

Excellent folding bucket replacing a previous Outwell bucket which had got chewed by a small animal! Folding bucket is equally good but the handle feels less robust than the earlier model.

The experience was very good

The experience was very good, but the tracking information wasn',t very clear and I didn't receive the communication for each status change.
Fortunately, I received my tend and all was well. Now we are going to open it and we are starting to live new adventure!

The product as always was top quality I…

The product as always was top quality I ordered 2 quilts they feel quality they pack small

The only thing I can say that would make it better is the emails with the status or updates of where your product is. You can track the item from a code u get. But it’s basic and the day the quilts were delivered I did not get notification saying the were going to be delivered luckily I was in that’s the only thing that in my opinion could be improved.

The airbed kept air about an hour

I received the package fast and the delivery was fine. The products were a big disappointment. The airbed kept air about an hour on the first night and then it was totally flat. The same happened next night. I have contacted the customer service.
Edit: got an email from the customer service and should have a replacement item in the near future.

Fantastic customer service

We had to change our delivery timeline for our tent and camping equipment and Outwell Customer Service were fantastic, very responsive and also helpful in getting messages to the delivery company.
