Good price, good turnaround on delivery given the overseas nature of it.

I bought an Outwell kitchen table (Outwell Padres). Height adjustable. Aside from bad zippers and bad qaulity control (parts stitched backwards) an unexcusable fault with the cheap plastic height adjusters: with little pressure they drop the table. In my case it nearly dropped boiling pasta water on my kid. Very bad quality! Dangerous product!

The order was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They are professional and good at communicating. My order arrived earlier than I thought it would.

I bought a Elmdale 3A tent and carpet, the carpet is advertised as wall to wall, when I put it down onto the floor it is about 6-8" away from the tent walls. This created a trip hazard and is false advertising and wrong. Outwell said it is what it is and thanked me for contacting them. Very poor product and aftercare service, clearly needs a redesign to make it safe and as advertised.

Appalling customer service. I purchased 2 camping chairs one of which has a defect and they have taken weeks and weeks to respind then only offer me an £11 voucher rather than replace the defective item.

My order was delivered in time and with zero demage.

I was familiar with the chair which I bought from previous experience hence I am quite happy with it.
For some reason it disappeared from the market and I have found it on Outwell's website as a preorder only.
Once I preordered it, the next day I payed for it and a day later the chair has been shipped. To this day I am not sure why it was listed as pre-order. Nevertheless happy with the whole experience

I bought a Dreamcatcher and a Nirvana, self inflating mattresses. Both now deflate over night after only three years and six trips. They were both well look after. It seems like a manufacturing fault.

I have had 2 Dreamcatcher XL Air mattresses very expensive as they only lasted a couple of days into a week's trip such a shame work well and feel comfortable when they work

The instructions make no sense so the tent is useless. What a waste of money.

It’s a good make, unfortunately being in the UK it’s taken time to get here, and we cannot trace the parcel even with the parcel force tracking number

I bought the chair for my husband but it might well become my garden reading chair. It is very comfortable.

Bought very overpriced Outwell windscreen windbreak.
To say it's ridiculous is an understatement!!! YouTube show different guide ropes and already attached in videos. It rattled like a plastic bag in the slightest breeze. Poles only allow 2 inches in ground ,who ever thought that was a good idea needs to go back to the drawing board.
Avoid at all costs .... We are waiting response to get money bk. Total waste of time.
