Very bad experience, I ordered a dog bed but they have never delivered. When I received the tracking details, for no reason, the order was returned without any notification.
I tried to check with Owlcase, but no response at all. No matter how many emails I have sent, still in vain.
All I am asking for is to get my refund as they can’t deliver my order.
Please don’t purchase anything from this company ever..... my money is lost, lesson learnt.

Please do not order from this company. I purchased one of these beds, which our pups love.
However, they sent me the wrong colour.
They told me that the screen colour was the problem.
No matter how many pictures I have sent them, they will NOT admit that they screwed up. They won't even answer my emails.
There are lots of other companies, including Amazon & eBay.ca, that sell them, under various names.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We waited a few weeks for the case to arrive, and when it did it didn't even fit the phone I ordered it for. I thought maybe I made the mistake myself so I went into my son's phone settings and double checked his model phone. Then I went on the site to verify I ordered the correct case for his phone. Sure enough I did. I reached out to the company via and left several messages to no avail. I then sent over 3 emails and got no response. Although I have the phone case I will dispute it with my bank now. Complete crap for customer service

It wouldn’t let me select no stars. I placed an order on the 5th and it’s the 22nd and still no case. Shipping says label
Created no details yet . Their website says shipping 3-5 days emailed them 3 times with no response this was for my sons bday gift very frustrated

Firstly, I had to wait 2 months for my case to arrive, which in itself is outrageous. Secondly, once my long overdue package arrived I was shocked as to how badly it was made: It looked completely different to the picture on the website, the image I chose was stretched so far across the case that you can't make out what it is and it began to peel off as soon as I started to wear it on my phone.The case was £20 and was a waste of money for absolute terrible quality. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND!

DO NOT BUY ANY PHONE CASES FROM THEM!! They will have you waiting for weeks for your phone case, then when you reach out to them, they're going to ask you to wait a few more days....and you're still not going to receive your order. I waited 3 weeks and never got my phone case. Had my credit card company dispute the charge. Don't waste your time on these scammers in China.

UPDATE 4/11/2019 - Still have not received phone case and company won't send me any further tracking info. I originally ordered my case 3/10/2019. Scam. Trust me, don't buy from them.

I received 1 iphone case, have been waiting 5 months for the other to arrive. Extremely frustrated.

I ordered two cases from them in December - one fairly cheap and one expensive. I never received them. They told me they would resend them. Today - in February I reviewed one case in the mail - the cheap one.

bluntly, it's a scam from China. It's taken over 3 weeks, and the replies are the same. can you wait a little longer. it's in transit. bullcrap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
