Pandle Reviews 

I have been using Pandle for several years, having previously used other software like Sage etc.
Pandle makes the bookeeping so simple..most of the entries are done automatically.
At £60 a year, it cannote be beaten.
The customer help service (either chat or email) is superb.
Today I had a query which was solved by James in a matter of minutes...really great service!

Francoise MaCoy went the extra mile in helping to resolve an accounting issue I had been having whilst navigating Pandle.

Its 2025. They do not offer MFA protection for logins and I was told the following when I asked about 2FA. this reply came from my accountants, not pandle:

Pandle is looking into adding this however I have been advised this will be a long process and it may be best for you to use another bookkeeping software for now.

2FA is not an option for me. I need it for accreditation on all software that my company uses. You do to if you are going for cyber essentials accreditation.

Book keeping may be boring, cyber security even more so, but it does need to be done properly.

Josh who I dealt with today managed to resolve my issue after a couple of messages considering I have had the same issue for the past month with no joy so I am very grateful to him as I was beginning to become very frustrated

Pandle is great and the support is first rate. the best is that it is being actively improved all the time

VAT made easy
I am sole trader and was daunted by VAT. I started using the free service from Pandal just under one year ago and it has been a remarkably straightforward process.

Great experience today with Jordan who provided support on Pandle's accounting software, I was having difficulty with a customer overpayment and he explained in a clear way how to deal with it. The very small monthly subscription has been worth it to receive online support from real people.

At à basic starter level I find Pandle useful for book keeping alongside bank statements.
However I'm stuck with splitting a payment between credit and debit for fees. I don’t know where to get support with this.

A basic but functional system available at little or no cost. Quite slow running but it gives you what you need. I had some issues setting up but the AI help provided support and Andrew was quick to pop in to assist too

Pandle is a great accounting package for small businesses and one man companies, and comes free of charge but I wholly recommend Pandle Pro at the extremely affordable monthly charge of just £5pm Excl VAT. Pro comes with Projects, Mileage tracker, Multi-company and most important Bank feeds!

Support is excellent with AI agent handling many queries but backed up by live agents for more complex or perplexing matters.

For example, Andrew who answered my complex reconciliation of multicurrency payments and receipts gave a swift reply to my question and successfully sorted the reconciliation for me. Excellent.

Great on boarding experience all set up with no trouble

Just setting up on Pandle after moving from Quickbooks (who are awful)
I have found the AI help very useful - also had additional support from Kieran who jumped in and resolved some queries quickly

Pandle is ideal for my small business. I had an issue pulling transactions across form my bank so used the help chat facility. The customer service was excellent...personal service from Kieran who resolved the matter in minutes.
