Recently ordered a 12 yr Jameson from paneco. the bottle design is different from the official website.
Order with caution!

Ordered from 6 bottles from their website and never received them. Called customer service twice to check and never received any followup. 3 emails to CS left unanswered too.

Called Paneco's hotline to ask for wine recommendations; specifically Merlot. The service staff over the phone was very patient, listened and understood my request very well. The wine recommendations were spot on. Very impressed by the level of knowledge service staff displayed, and the quality of service. ordered the Jean Leon 3055 and Principi di Butera.

A grade people, top notch service and prices to beat.

I had to order some, and by some I mean a truckload of, liquor for a party. I couldn't get all of my requirements, due to limited stock and placed a call. Andrew was there to assist, and boy did he assist?
He made some recommendations, and asked about my requirements, making some real time, on-the-fly changes, to enable me to proceed with my order.

In the first place, I chose Paneco due to the great prices that were offered, and I was further delighted by the service and professionalism.

Great service and prompt delivery in secure packaging.

Their alcohol selection is fairly priced, and have a wide variety - some of which is not available at other shops (Previously managed to get Blanton's whiskey only from them in Singapore). Their processing of orders and delivery service is fast. Customer support is top-notch and one of the best "online" I've come across. Ordered multiple times from them.

Paneco is by far the best alcohol delivery service in Singapore with its wide selection of products with very competitive prices.The delivery is always prompt and they will go out of their way to meet your delivery timing. Will definitely be ordering more from them soon.
