I recently ordered 12 Years Ballantine's from Paneco. The picture on the website was different from the one they delivered to me. I highly suspect that the delivered ones are fake. I have written to Paneco and now waiting for their reply. If they don't reply I will likely report to the police.

Be very careful and check the bottles, especially the alignment of the foil, the font (check with the official site), the back label (mine has suspicious stickers covering some words).

Very disappointed with Paneco. Buyers beware.

Got a call from a certain Andrew from Paneco. Arrogant. Did not want to find out the root of my concerns ... was too eager to say that they only sell genuine products and that he has no time to entertain all the customers who changed their mind about their purchases (which I am not one). Asked me to return the goods to their warehouse and demanded that I remove this review as a pre-condition for getting a refund. I actually agreed !!!

One minute later, he called back and said why not I lodge a Police report if I feel that the product is fake ... no more refund.

Great customer service. Didn't want to find out the actual situation (I had made a portfolio of photo ready to be sent) and then went back on his word.

Have made contact with Pernod-Ricard Singapore. Need some more background work to do before I take his advice about reporting.

Very impressive all-round service. Highly recommended.

Paneco should classify its whisky that are single malt into a separate category for easy selection by customer.

Comparatively lower price for most of the liquors offered by paneco .....
Delivery time for most of my orders are as promised........
