I like the insurance offered through the University of Iowa
I like the insurance offered through the University of Iowa. I did not like how difficult is was to register my two dogs. Yep I have two of them, one of them did not go through one of them did. I tried to check the # given to talk to about that and the person on the other line could not hear me also said my University ID was completely different than my University ID which I was reading from my University card. There were two insurances I did one of them the other one seemed better at adding dogs if you had more than one which mistakenly I did not pick. I filled all the paper work and still don't know if my other dog was registered or not and I don't want to do it twice because I would rather you didn't take out twice as much from my paycheck!

Knowledgeable and Empathetic
The person in spoke with today was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. The only concern i have had nothing to do with how she handled the call or the information she provided. It had to do with my previous policy getting cancelled due to non-payment when I had it set up on auto-ACH. It shouldnt have rejected and even though it apparently did, I dont recall getting a notification for the cancelation.
