I needed an urgent flight from Perth to Karachi . Price beat appeared to be the cheapest among the list. but when the payment link was sent the ticket price was a little upwards..approx 1.5%. being a local physical business in Australia, i trusted them even though all my review searches brought very little ratings for them.
I called them and was lucky enough that the call was returned by Anna.. the lady deserved full five starts as she not only addressed her office compliance issue and issued the tickets but also re booked the ticket without any fees as there was some mistake in the surnames initially sent to them by me.

don't have option to put 0 star. These are bunch of Jokers in the office. Booked my ticket like 3 months ago. Payment done and ticket was issued. Just 5 days before travel date, got call from them saying my flight is been cancelled. When I called airlines they informed me that my travel agent (PBT) cancelled my ticket !!!. Now they are forcing me to travel 10 days later. already had my plans and leave got approved. What a bunch of jokers. Stay away from these guys..

Feeling cheated .I booked flights with them they booked my international flights but didn’t book my domestic flight . We sent them emails where we confirmed the details but still they are not doing anything. Everyone is mocking customer service . I will take them to consumer court now to stop this unethical practices.

It’s one of the best travel agent company I have experienced so far specially the staff named Andy who coordinates excellently amazing with the customer and help them to resolve their problems .. highly recommended

I booked my online ticket with Singapore Airlines, I did a online pay it via credit card to confirm my booking, However, I received no confirmation email from Pricebeat, I gave them call but it was went into voicemail several times. I called the head office in order to get a confirmation. They asked me to send passport which I did, and other necessary information.I waited for the confirmation but they did not respond. Even the supervisor did not respond well, only false promises.
Very unprofessional, I am very furious, as I am having hard time finding the same tickets.

I spoke to a lady named Anna and she was very helpful. The background noise on the phone can make hearing a bit hard. But otherwise she was very helpful.

Will update everyone if my tickets are legit and I board the plane.

Literally the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of giving my money too. They were rude, unhelpful and having to speak to 3 different people on seperate days to change one of my flights. They spoke over me on the phone, condescending and when you ask them a question they simply put you on hold. No one was able to see what the last person had done. A shocking service. Do not consider ever using this travel agency or website.

Guys my name is Nash and this is honest review about my experience with Price beat Travel. I spoke with Tanya on 4.08.2018 she gave me the best price in the market first. Second she did regular follow up. I made payment and same day after 3 hours and my ticket was issues next day. 05.09.2018. My entire experience with Tanya and the company was very good. I think other company's are putting bad review because this guys give best price in the market. Call Tanya and she will take care of ur flights I am sure.

I can only agree upon the previous reviews; this company is fraud and I would NOT recommend it to anyone no matter how cheap the ticket might be! First of all, they apply different and unfair Important Terms and Conditions once you've finished your booking. Furthermore they have several terms that seem to be against the legislation such as requiring "Front and back side of debit/credit card used to pay for reservation," "Valid Photo ID proof of Card holder", and "Passport copy of all travelers." (This is exactly what they'll need to misuse your identity so you should definitaly not send is to them). Second, they charge you for using your credit card even though the site shows 0% extra charge. I tried to text them on their website but I was only told that "a call would be arranged for you". I didn't receive any call. Afterwards I sent an email to their costumer service. I didn't receive any answer. I also found out that their baggage allowances are 20 kg when booking Economy class which is strange because the airline (Qatar) that I booked normally allows 30 kg on overseas flights. After realizing that PBT was fraud I contacted my bank and they cancelled the payment and blocked my card imediately.

Very poor customer service. this agent is fraud.
he will leak your details to others. he never keeps your details safe.. he is big big fraud.

Horrible service, they canceled my parents travel without informing us.

I would advise anyone that books through this site to proceed with extreme caution - i.e. buyer beware
