I have applied to become a pricerunner merchant on 23.09.2023. I have received an automatic email from a person called Carla Krogh. Since that time, I have not received any updates to complete my application. I found several other emails listed on their website. There was no response as well. I believe that this company doesn't care about businesses that would like to advertise on their platform. I have found several other services similar to this company and hope to work with them. Very poor customer service.

Very good, and fast responding i bought a game, and just a few seconds later i was playing the game. buuuuut i did get scared because at first the code dind't quite work but its good now.

Bought a ninja product from these i cannot get intouch with the company about the delivery, will never use price runner again, as i am not sure they check who they are using

Ninja air fryer from BESTSHOPPINGSTORE.COM through pricerunner. Lost £166 no item delivered no contact from company for refund. SCAM. Kitchen World Tools is the registered company in Eastbourne named on the website. Avoid houseware companies in Eastbourne.

Scammed by m6market buying American fridge freezer and now blocked by them . Why do you advertise spam websites .

I recently bought a ninja from a company called m6market through Pricerunner and got scammed. The phone number on the website doesn't exist. Getting money back though because I paid with credit card but I'll be wary of using Pricerunner again.

A few glitches on the development

Really disappointed, thought sites advertised by pricerunner would be checkout first and could be trusted. But have been the victim of a scam by itekmarket.com which I accessed through pricerunner.

Clear and exhaustive comparisons leaving no questions unanswered about products

Several times now, a web search for a given product has returned a link to Pricerunner. On virtually every occasion, they state a range of prices from a low price to other higher prices yet not once has the product been found to be available at the lowest price they claim.

Latest example : Oral B electric toothbrush (and I cut and past) 'Compare prices from £19.99 to £49.99' When following this misleading link, lowest price was £25, some 25% higher than they state.

Deception?, Misleading? False claims? I'd say it looks that way!

Some who give 5 star rating must be blid or ...really hard find true information about prices, just today twice time wrong...strongly not recommended

Bought a product from these.
Faulty brand new item but as it was not economical to send a replacement I was offered 20% discount to buy another piece of rubbish!

This company advertises super cheap price for a “laptop” what I got when I checked it was a laptop CHARGER. The title and full description were also all about a laptop. Very disappointing.

I saved so much money by setting an alert and using process match guarantees. Thank you!

Very misleading site, I have clicked on over 200 GPU's today alone and the price listed is completely wrong, for an example they have the RX 6800 listed for £419, but when you go to buy it, it changes to a cheaper RX 6700, and the price of the RX 6800 is then £778, which is nearly £300 more expensive than sites like Scan or Ebuyer etc, and this is not a one-off, as it is the same on every item on their site, from TVs to PC parts.
