If I could give zero I would. Avoid this company. Their products are poor quality, their communication is awful and they don't give refunds for earrings that broke immediately

I have now been waiting 7 weeks for my order, I have been trying to get in touch with the company which is practically impossible, they have now changed there name. I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to my necklace,

Placed an order in October and still have not received my necklace which was a present for Christmas. I have request a refund and been told NO. I just want my funds back

Do not order from here if you want to receive it in time for any occasion
Ordered once for a birthday, says 3-4 weeks didn’t arrive for 8 weeks, gift not received in time for birthday
Given a gift card as compensation so thought give them a second chance
Ordered in November for a Christmas gift again well within the 3-4 weeks stated
Not received in time for Christmas
2 gifts not received in time!!

I’ve emailed 3 times and contacted them via their site and I’ve still had no response! I don’t know if il receive my order and it is a gift that’s now overdue. I’m really disappointed. I’m going to give it a little more time but I’m really worried I’ve paid for something il never get!

So disappointed. I only wore the necklace a few times and it broke and I lost it. The necklace looked very flimsy and it didn't have what I would call a proper "clasp and loop". I waited so long to receive the necklace aswell and it wasn't cheap. I contacted the company and was told there is nothing they can do because I cannot provide photo evidence that the necklace broke... it literally broke off my neck and was lost, so how am I supposed to provide evidence? The response I got was to "buy another one"! Awful customer service. I do not recommend this company and would suggest you avoid.

Waited almost 6 weeks for my name necklace to say I was disappointed is an under statement it came in a plastic sleeve in a bubble envelope with a company flyer that look like it had been walked all over and screwed up....the clasp to the necklace looks so cheap like what you get out of the kids section at Claires accessories will not be using this company again....left a review on their website site but admin won't approve it.

I’ve paid for purchase but still waiting for the goods !! Been three - four weeks now !

I won a competition on Instagram and never received my prize. I did send several messages which were all ignored. I then commented on another competition post on Instagram and was blocked. The competition post had lots of likes, follows and comments and I feel like people were misled and followed the account to win a prize that they were never going to receive.

Love the bangles they are exactly how I expected. Delivery was delayed but they compensated

I was very much looking forward to my order. But unfortunately it still hasn't arrived and I've not heard anything. I ordered 3 weeks ago and still no sign of my parcel. So I can't say much more or comment on the actual items.
