I arranged a Pure Cremation on behalf of my Dad. The staff made a difficult conversation so much easier than I anticipated. Everything was explained in detail, all the paperwork was received quickly with a 30 day cooling off period. Highly recommended!

Having used P.C previously

Very efficient to deal with.
My Sister recently told my she was in the process of buying Pure Cremation plans for both herself and my Brother in law..
Sadly my Brother in law passed away shortly after.
The experience was very good, my sister was impressed, and I had looked into getting a plan for myself..
Having Pure Cremation dealing with the death..
It made sense to actually take one out for myself..
Contact was easy..
Spoke to really helpful, respectful chap, and told him that they were dealing with our family member and I wanted time to see how it went...
I contacted him a couple of weeks later, and all very straightforward and arranged over the phone..
My experience has been very good, clearly as I've written this, I have not used my plan, but from what I have experienced, I feel it is something my family will not have to deal with, and hopefully I have many years life in me, I hate to think what a traditional funeral will cost at the time I go..
I recommend Pure Cremation.

What a wonderful experience I had with making and planning my pure cremation.. I had recently lost my mum and your agent Linda Potter was Empathetic knowledgeable and caring..She wasn’t pushy to complete the sale. She allowed me a few days to think over the plan and make a decision. Super lovely lady.

Stress free organisation
Very quick and easy to organise. Staff helpful and respectful. Having used Pure Cremation for my husbands funeral, I had no worries about making arrangements for myself. All paperwork was sent and received promptly.

"The way to go"
Seemed to be "the way to go" as we have no direct family. The online application was pretty straightforward with no tricky questions to puzzle over.
The welcome pack and certificate arrived shortly after completion of the formalities.
Very pleased that we bit the bullet and comforted that everything will be done as we would wish.
