Straightforward process
The mailing I received contained only one application form but I needed two so I called and was able to complete the entire process for myself and my wife. My only suggestion would be to drop the gift vouchers gimmick and just reduce the price by an equivalent amount.

Didn’t end up using but wouldn’t recommend based on sales calls
Enquired initially Oct 25 as my father was close to the end. We went a different route and didn’t use Pure. I’ve been plagued with incessant calls, texts, emails since offering ever increasing voucher values to sign up. Then today a call which I answered and it was PC. I said I’m glad to speak to you, father has passed and no longer in need of your services. The response was, ok and the phone was put down. No condolences, no empathy, to a laughable degree to be honest! I get your a business but you’re dealing with death. On this experience, when I’m not lining your pockets, you simply don’t care and today didn’t even hide it! I just hope I actually have been taken off the database now.

Quick, easy and informative
When you want a more simple cremation this is it. No pressure on selling or rush to purchase. Time to change your mind if you want. So much cheaper too.
