Utterly useless product. Only time it has ever worked is in the UK which defeats the main reason I purchased this. Customer support have never been able to resolve the issues and clearly don’t read the issues raised properly as I was repeatedly asked the same questions ad infinitum. Have tried it on breaks in Spain two times and Malta once. Has never worked. The app is hopeless as is the website. Like others I made the mistake of signing up to a year’s subscription. Don’t waste your money. I have repeatedly suggested there is a problem with the unit supplied but despite its relatively minimal price they haven’t replaced it.

At first it was difficult and required help by phone support & later on I studied the device for many days found the manual useful and how easy it was without contacting customer services.
I love this VPN router and works wonders!

I found the device really easy to set up.
You will need to create a account login via a browser.
Download the App.
Connect the device to your broadband suppliers router.
Connect to the device via the App (obviously using the device's wifi)
Create your device login credentials.
Create a strong wifi password.
I'm not a techy, so I had a little trouble understanding how to reconnect to another region. *Click disconnect* within the device.
Select your region you want.
It was a little frustrating, finding out that the issue with connection was at thier end and not mine. Things like that can happen with VPNs.
The response from customer service was really quick.
On this alone, I would recommend.
I'm trying to use a wired setup using a swithcher. Firesticks don't like that, but using the wifi, it is good....
I'm based in Dublin and just wanted this device to use UK catchup.

Not tried other countries servers.
ITVX & BBC is very good.
C4 only through a Web browser.
C5 not working in Ireland.
Simply for the price. Subscription and customer service it's worth a try.

Turned our lightning fast 100Mbps high-speed fibre connection into a pathetic 15Mbps service! All the available UK servers are the same… poor. And if you want to watch BBC iPlayer or Prime video you have to switch servers, which is a faff! Spent a couple of days talking to technical support, but didn't get anywhere. It was a painful waste of time.

I’m currently trialing Express VPN which so far is performing as it should…

Easy to use and strong internet connection. No fiddling around as it automatically logs on to UK server. Great value.

Trying to buy a pass was a pain website could do would a revamp so its much easier to use

Nothing to report, good protection up to now. It appears to be doing the job it's designed to do.

Was sent a new unit as old unit was not updating so was sent a new one and delivered quickly,also the support I had was to solve this was great. Well done pyramid many thanks.

Not the best, they have a good marketing team unfortunately the product is nothing special. Slows actual connection speed drastically. I understand this is unavoidable with vpns but it slowed my speed from 92 mb/s to 7.

I bought the subscription for $59.99 and contact the customer service and no reply back. They never send me to reactivate to login to VPN.

The website and ordering was easy.
Delivery was next day. The communication was excellent.
Highly recommended.

I like the service, been using it for about months with 1 or two issues here and there.

I paid for a year, the customer service is top notch. They basically reply within the hour if its between 9 to 5.

Recommend especially if you can not download VPN to your computer, so long as there is electricity this works well.
