Upgraded to single life payment through Black Friday Deal. Not yet seen any difference in Internet Speed which occasionally has buffering issues probably due to low internet speed.
I have however been very satisfied with past assistance issues.

Use this a lot for Disney channel and its great. But access the UK. There are a lot more films on there, Also would be nice if there was a guide as to how to use the other channels on there.
The customer service is great. They were so quick at answers my emails and help me set it up.

I wondered what this thing does, I'm still sorting it out but that is more because I'm running out of USB ports than anything else. I will settle down one day and get it working properly

Very easy to use and setup is straight forward. When I have had a problem they sort it out very quickly.

Excellent customer support. Had a problem with my pyramid device Agron was a great help.

An easy to set up and get running router.
Simply plug in and follow the instructions.
There is also a very handy video online to talk you through.
Service I have used so far has been first class and relatively fast to reply.
Connection so far is fantastic and very reliable and speedy.
Fully recommended from me.

A very good piece of kit, early problems using some streaming services but pyramid soon resolved and all working well now….

Difficult to set up but it works well. Customer service is very helpful.

the first time i attempted to set my box up it was a massive pain. the online instructions and video guide make it look simple and easy IF it did as the instuctions showed... about 10 dropouts/lost connections, 20+ re sign-ins, multiple refreshes, activating your code, inputting details, creating account, connecting to pyramid box, connecting pyramid to home router, logging in, setting up password for accound, setting up password for pyramid box, linking account to pyramid box...... most of the time it would boot you offline or freeze, and youll have to go back multiple times, loads of timeouts and dns server page ect.. once it got to the bit where you could select from the countries servers list it failed many times to connect to any, followed their troubleshooting guide... tried backup servers + stealth mode... still being a pain... eventually managed to get online and ran a few speedtest to check connection and locations and when it did randomly decide to work it was fairly quick, reliable and stable... but in true pyramid style it F***s up frequently and is the biggest pain and time consuming process to get back on.... In theory this should be one of the simplest and best gizmos in the world, having a separate device creating its own wifi router that piggybacks off your home router wifi/or cabled and allows you to monitor it in any browser tab seems so simple, but they have such a poor user interface and glitches its like trying to run old emulated software on a new system using backward compatabillity mode using devices with outdated drivers and unsupported chipsets whist trying to troubleshoot multiple conflicting problems..... other vpn's use a software sign in with click and go type simplicty, equal to that of an early generation playstation where you just pop a disc in and turn it on and it works... sure they have some limiting factors and dont have the fanciness of the all singing dancing PC, but honestly who hasnt got P***ed off installing, configuring and updating stuff... this is the equivalent of opting to choose a pyramid box as opposed to many of the other BIG name Reliable VPNs

in conclusion Pyramid = S***
and their tech support is S*** too

Great when it works , Amazon and Netflix block it , unless you trawl round and round looking for an isp that works , it’s then so slow. I cancelled it earlier in the year yet money has been taken today. So not happy , the customer service is normally helpful once the contact you , but it can take days. There are far easier VPN’s on the market..

Completely useless. Most on-line banking systems will not let you use this, (TSB, Lloyds and Tesco for starters) Amazon blocks it, as does BBC i-Player. I can use my Amazon Fire Stick on my main Tv but not on-line Amazon on my smart TV's. Amazon say" You appear to be using a VPN or other device, please disconnect it before logging on". On the main occasions you need a VPN, (on line banking and purchases) it is blocked by the website. If you want to watch porn it may have some relevance but otherwise it is useless. I have disconnected mine and gone back to 'open source' after paying Pyramid £69 for the privilege of a year' subscription. I certainly won't be renewing next year and I advise you to save your money in the first place.

this device is fraudulently advertised it says works on all devices and makes mention of Netflix. HOWEVER it does not work on Netflix on either smart tv's or on Firestick so is quite frankly a fraud. They must cease and desist with these claims.

Great product works well took a while to set up very happy with it only problem I’ve got is that now tv which is built into my tv won’t load as it says vpn restricted access yet on mobile it works perfect, would definitely recommend to other customers

I have never been able to get this device set up, despite numerous messages to their customer service department. Despite me telling them that I cannot set it up and have never been able to use it they have started charging me monthly on top of the cost of the useless box.

I have been using this product for around 8 months now. It hasn't let me down since the set up. I like the simple interface and quick connection to my router. I keep my pyramid in another room from my router to boost the signal throughout the house as my router is in the corner of my house.

I reached out to their customer service team on setup and they answered all of my questions promptly.

I would happily recommend this to others.

What a great product. Used it while I was living in a different country for a while and got all my channels from the UK no problem. So easy to set up as well.

The Pyramid WiFi box is a tiny lightweight gadget which is smaller and thinner than an Amazon Echo Dot and it’s true what they say; good things do come in small packages!

This tiny device packs an almighty punch and allows your smart TV, video steamer, computer, iPad, smartphone etc to connect to one of 3,500 servers across 60 countries at the click of a button. I’ve used Pyramid for just over a week now and I’ve already been able to cancel my long-standing VPN subscription. The Pyramid arrived in a very smart and sleek box and I had it set up and functioning within five minutes. I’ve been using the device to watch (a very kind friends’) US television package and have unlocked a whole host of additional US content on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu. If you want to stay safe online, get the most out of your streaming subscriptions and don’t want every step of your online life being recorded by your ISP or VPN provider, then I’m sure you’ll love Pyramid as much as I do. Unlike many other services I’ve tried over the years, the Pyramid device and its servers are very fast and I didn’t spend half the time buffering or watching an out-of-sync video.
