It has been helping me manage my finances for the last 15 years.

Very slow Quicken Classic application even when there is less than a year worth of data; Constant updates and when update fails application would not run; does not release file when crashing thus preventing Quicken from starting up again (data file is locked by the crashed application); sub-standard customer support.

I Started using Quicken when it first came out in hopes that it would help keep my checking account up to date. That and duplicate checks allowed me to get a handle on my account. I have been using it ever since and have loved how simple it is to print checks. Of course I don't print as many now with auto pay but it is still handy to have available. Great product!!

I had been using QuickBooks for decades until my quasi-retirement. I no longer needed as much from my accounting but at the time Quicken didn't have any business features to speak of. When it finally did, I was thrilled and all but eliminated Quickbooks.

Doesn't download financial transactions properly.

Not user friendly

Software does not handle large volume of investment transactions. Constant file copying and starting a new file is required

Quicken cannot connect with my bank. Quicken gets Runtime errors. Quicken cannot seem to fix it.

I’ve used quicken for my personal finances for at least 25 years (if it’s been out that long!). I wouldn’t be without it. But I don’t need all the online services anymore. I would prefer a standalone because I only use it on my PC, but I understand you don’t make that anymore. Of course.

I've been using Quicken since the days when the program ran on DOS... I dare say I know almost everything about the application. It's very good. It only lacks two changes that would make the program much better: the ability to create sub-accounts and a black screen.

Excellent program to manage family finances

It works, and has done so for many, many years.

Since you made this your own personal annuity with the excuse if updates it is way too expensive. Not worth the money. Prior I would just update and pay every two or three years and did just fine.

Ability to easily consolidate all finance and budgeting accounts and maintain them up to date with minimal effort as well as sort, report, and search on data in an intuitive and comprehensive manner.

Your program dumps my transactions into the wrong account frequently. It makes reconciling next to impossible and I can not undo a reconciliation once complete. Actually looking for a new program.i have used Quicken for years but this last issue…. Done!

The service rep was very informative and helpful!

I dislike the reconcile format when I print it. It does not have as nice a format as quick books to share in a report etc. I usually do a summary from it for presentations.

Easy to use. I’ve been a long time user of Quicken.
