I’m a legacy Quicken user since the early 1990s. I hate the fact that you have moved to a subscription-based service that requires annual payments to manage my personal finances. I love the product, b... See more

The fee keeps going up - Not worth it.
The fee keeps going up, the new "features" aren't really useful or needed. More issues with downloading from some banks and money accounts keep coming up.
Not worth the money, I just didn't have time before it renewed to find something better.

I have been charged twice for the yearly subscription 6/4/2026 $ 53.88 via credit card
7/31/2026 $137.01 via pay pal
I cannot contact Quicken. It is impossible to make contact. I would like a reply via email to explain why the two charges. Both were automatic payments yearly subscriptions
It is straightforward enough me.
It is straightforward enough that I can understand it. I used it managing my father's finances in the last years of his life and I use it for my very small publishing company.
Please don't make it more complicated. I like the simplicity.
I am not sure what is happening
I am not sure what is happening, but there seems to be some kind of disjunct between my accounts and Quicken. The numbers never seem to be the same.

I have used this product for many years moving from Classic to Business and back as my needs changed. I was always able to update to the needed system with ease. My accounting needs now are quite simple and this product allows me to perform all my tasks with ease.
Good
There's some problem with subscriptions.I've already subscribed.I'm getting charged again, for the program that I've already paid for I already have it on my computer. Why should I pay $83? When I have the program working for me, I do not approve these $83 or whatever it was.\n Please explain why am I being billed automatically putting my account in peril?
I can access my lifehub
I can access my lifehub. It won’t take my password. Therefore I try to change my password. Every time I create a new password, it won’t take it. I don’t know what I should do then
We had to close our Discover account…
We had to close our Discover account due to attempted fraudulent activity and open a new account. The old account was updated automatically but I cannot get the new account to update online. Discover has been taken over by CapitalOne, but I have a CapitalOne account that does update, but this Discover/CapitalOne account will not update. I have reported the problem several times with NO answers. Why should I pay $107.88 to renew Quicken Classic Premier if I cannot get my accounts to update? I am very frustrated. . . . D Hanneman
No good
No, not enough features
One and regular Quicken, but it wasn’t available for the Apple so settle for this one which I have no use for

Help is not that good
Help is not that good. Can't find a way to make the reminders stay on the screen at the bottom. Can't find a way to reset the default date when entering rent.

You erased the memo field! That deleted all my notes! Less than 10% of us getting up

Love the fact that all accounts and all companies are in the same place. The software still has glitches as it loses transaction or doesn't record them. Must do over work to make sure I don't miss anything
Works good
Works good. Have not had a good experience when attempting to update from bank ledger into Quicken.
