Fantastic Service Engineer
Engineer Kyle arrived promptly and punctual after a text advising of his eta.
Kyle explained what he was going to do and made sure we understood all he said. He gave us choices on where the router went and assisted us clearing access and was tidy throughout the works.
Kyle was very personable and patient and ensured and gained 100% customer satisfaction.

We have had a difficult week with no internet connection but these guys worked extremely hard in problematic conditions to restore our service.

Excellent service
I’d heard of Quickline through Facebook posts so when they called round I decided to hear them out and I’m so glad I did. Broadband installed today and it’s so much faster than EE. Connor and Sharma were great and Connor explained everything in detail and where the boxes would be installed and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. They also dealt with EE which is a bonus and will pay any early exit fees. Couldn’t fault the service at all and looking forward to having a much faster broadband speed. It was 5mbps and it’s now 247 so a huge difference.

Perfect Installation
Kieran and Finn both did a great job at installation and have dont a very neat job with the wiring. They also ran speed tests throughout the house to see if I even needed the booster. The results said I didnt so they have saved me money on that aswell. Well done lads.
