Fantastic customer service, had an issue with a received item and the company dealt with it in the most professional way! A replacement was quickly shipped and I had a named contact to deal with all the way through the process.

They were super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I was able to get a couple of questions answered quickly, then adjust my order. They didn't miss a beat!

Like any electronic device radios can have issues. I unfortunately wound up with one.
I contacted customer service not knowing what to expect.
I got a very fast response with a positive can do message attached. Subsequently my problem was solved exceeding my expectations. These folks are the real deal and will be getting more business from me.

Item out of stock. Requested reward point refund. Within 48 hours had reply and points reinstated. Handled very promptly.

I can’t say enough positive about the response from Radioddity.
I had a new radio with an out of box fault.
Upon contacting Radioditty, they recommended a firmware update, just in case that was the issue. They provided links to the firmware and step by step instructions. Unfortunately, that did not cure the problem. They immediately sent me a return authorization with paid return shipping. Upon notifying them that I had shipped the defective radio, they immediately shipped the replacement. And to my surprise, it was shipped overnight.
Simply amazing customer service. I highly recommend Radioditty.

The Radioddity customer service is second to none. This is by far the best experience I've had with customer service in my life. Echo helped me through the entire process and made sure everything was satisfactory.

I will say the customer service is awesome, they provide solutions and also followed up when I didn’t respond back. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved.

I fumbled fingered an ordered I did not mean to make. I contacted Radioddity by email on a Sunday afternoon and received an answer that evening. Problem solved.
