Moved in and was really good, good communication and everything was sorted before hand and nothing out of place.

This development is absolutely fantastic. Great staff and maintenance team. Very sad to leave and will return again when my work brings me back to Yorkshire ! 5 stars

I move in to the Jubilee Mill in April 2017 and have only recently moved out. The apartments are beautiful with large windows and exposed brick work. They come furnished with a sofa, bed, wardrobes, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer etc I never had any issues with any of the items provided.

Dave the handyman is brilliant and fixed any little niggles usually within a day or so and is really helpful and cheery.

I had a couple of issues with a neighbour at the beginning of lockdown but Harriet and Hannah sorted this out immediately which was greatly appreciated.

I moved out a week ago and received my deposit today. The communication between myself and Raspberry Lettings has been great and they have responded to any questions I had within a 24 hour period.

As a couple of the reviews mention the car park is a little muddy with potholes but I park at a small car park to the side of the jubilee Mill to avoid the main car park.

I would highly recommend renting an apartment at the Blakeridge Mill site and after 4 years I will miss my apartment!

I lived at the Jubilee Mill for 2.5 years and was so impressed with my experience.
They are an extremely responsive letting agent, always replied to any issues within a few hours, and maintenance problems were either sorted same day or first thing the next day.
Gym and pool facilities are great and COVID secure via a booking system.
Car park isn’t great, due to potholes and very dusty etc but there is a small car park opposite that’s paved that I used instead so by no means a deal breaker.
Receiving post is a little problematic due to no buzzer system but some delivery drivers had fobs and I just gave my number with any orders or got it delivered to Callaghan news down the road if I wasn’t going to be in.
The flats are high quality and finished really nicely. Walls a little thin, but again, this is to be expected in most flats.
I received my deposit back within 4 working days so really impressed.
Overall, I would highly recommend and I think you get what you pay for here.

Loved my time at my apartment spent just over a year and a half there. Never any problems the girls in the office were fantastic with me. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean modern apartment local to Leeds city centre.

The overall experience has been brilliant, Harriet has been amazing and very quick to respond to any questions or queries (it’s our first time renting so we’ve had a few questions!). Hannah was amazing at the beginning of the process, due to COVID we were unable to view the apartment but she sent over a video showing us around the property. Harriet met us on the day of moving with the keys, and answered our questions there and then.

It seems to be finished to a high standard and the furnishings are modern and comfortable.

The day we moved in, it was very icy and the car parks and courtyard were like an ice rink. It didn’t seem that it has been gritted at all. The car park is also very uneven and muddy as it seems to be unfinished, but reading other reviews this seems to be something that will be fixed.

The apartment also only has small heaters for the size of the rooms, so it takes a very long time to heat up and when it does it doesn’t stay warm for very long.

The kitchen is lovely, but doesn’t have a cutlery drawer which means the small work surface is taken up by storing cutlery and utensils.

I can’t comment on the gym and pool facilities as we have not yet been able to use them due to COVID.

Overall we are very happy and would recommend Raspberry Lettings.

Nice flats, lovely space for two people. Nice bedrooms with a built in washer-and-dryer.

Already has furniture and was spotless when we moved in. Has what seems like daily cleaners and has sanitising stations built in on the main door.

Staff reply to emails quickly and are very polite.

However, it’s a a bit too pricey for just a two bedroom flat, even though it’s a lovely and clean place. Would rate this 5* if it wasn’t for the monthly price.

Just taken over a tenancy and cannot fault Raspberry Lettings so far. So far have been very pleasant, extremely efficient, very responsive and kind. Very impressed so far!!

The apartment is very modern - love the exposed brick work and wood floors.

The onsite facilities are also very impressive as well as an onsite maintenance team - which so far nothing is too much trouble.

Close to local amenities and road access links made it ideal.

Really cool apartments with the exposed brick and modern interior. They are also a really great price for two double bedrooms too! They come fully furnished, however we asked for ours to be without furniture and they removed everything for us.

If we had any problems, they were quick to come and fix too, would recommend :)

I moved into Jubilee Mill in September 2020, and Harriet and Hannah were very helpful and responsive with sending me photos/videos and arranging the paperwork so that I was able to move in before I started my new job in the area.

I did have a few minor issues, such as a heater not working, but Dave the handyman ensured that a new heater was installed the following day which I was very impressed with. Dave was great at fixing things quickly and efficiently, and it was very reassuring knowing he was on site. The apartment was very clean and tidy when I moved in, and is finished to a high standard.

I had a couple of issues but these were not down to Raspberry Lettings; a few nights, it was very loud with tenants playing loud music into the early hours of the morning. I reported this to Harriet and so did other people, however I appreciate it was difficult for them to identify who it was. It only happened on the odd occasion. Furthermore, there were some youths throwing items in the car park one evening and my car got slightly damaged which was upsetting, but again was not the fault of Raspberry Lettings as it was out of their control. They did alert the police and on site security and nothing has happened since. There are also security cameras set up on site.

One of the issues is the car park; unfortunately it has not been tarmacked and therefore it is quite bumpy and messy - your car won't stay clean. They did explain that it was due to Covid that it had been delayed, however the quicker it is done the better.

Due to family issues, I had to end my tenancy after the initial 3 months. Harriet immediately accepted my letter to move out, and I sent the keys back via recorded delivery due to lockdown. They then inspected the property, and I received my deposit back after 2 weeks which I was very happy with. I was a bit anxious after hearing that some residents had not received their deposits back, however I had no issues whatsoever with mine and received it in a timely manner in full. Harriet ensured that it was in my bank account within the time scale. Overall, I would recommend Raspberry Lettings as I have had no issues with them and they have been helpful. I was worried at first, however I needn't have been concerned as I received my deposit back in full, and Harriet is very pleasant.

Great apartments, the exposed brick and pipe work makes for a great living space.

The kitchen is quite small with no drawers and so storage can be an issue (that was in a 2 bed, could be different in the others). That’s the only reason for knocking a star off.

Dave the handyman was really helpful and sorted everything we needed which was never much as the apartments are very new. Hannah and Harriet were also very helpful especially when we first moved in.

All in all it was a nice stop gap place for us and I can see how a lot of people live there for many years.

Apartments are stunning!

Moved in during lockdown and even this was easy and efficient. Maintenance team and management are fab, (to even sorting a new oven bulb light for me).

Very happy since moving, really has to be seen to be appreciated. Thanks to Harriet and co!

I've been in Blakeridge Mill since April 2020 and Harriet and Hannah were amazing at organising the keys to be sent to me during lockdown so I was able to move in. The apartments have a New York loft apartment feel and have a wow factor to them with exposed metalwork and pipes. Upgraded from a 1-bed to 2-bed corner unit back in November as still working from home and the upgrade was painless and efficient. Signed up to the gym and pool back in August and the facilities are great value and so convenient.

I have lived at Jubilee Mill in Batley for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say that these are by far the best apartments I have ever lived in. The apartments are finished to a very high standard (wooden floors, steel beams and brick/stone walls/ceilings) and the buildings themselves are very well kept, with all the staff being helpful and friendly. The leisure facilities are excellent (gym and swimming pool for residents) and the booking system now in place as a result of COVID-19 means that everyone is kept safe at all times! The apartments are extremely close to the centre of Batley (30 second walk) so for some one that works long hours like me, is ideal for food shopping etc. Although I’ve been here for nearly 2 years I’m still really enjoying my apartment and have no desire to leave any time soon.

I moved into a two bedroom property yesterday, due to covid restrictions I was unable to view the property prior. However, I was more than impressed with the property and communication with both Harriet and Hannah.
So far, I highly recommend raspberry lettings.

I moved into Ledgard Bridge Mill through Raspberry Lettings , I needed to find somewhere Quick. Raspberry Lettings were absolutely brilliant from first contact to moving in, they kept regular contact getting the paperwork through very efficiently. The girls in the office kept me up to date every step of the way.
The 2 Bed apartment was sparkling clean when i arrived and had a full make over top to bottom. (The Kids Love it). I cant speak highly enough of how efficient this company were and how they looked after me at a difficult time. A pleasure doing business with them.

I have lived at both the Jubilee Mill and the Spinning House and I can honestly say these are by far the best apartments in the area. The apartments are finished to a very high spec, the buildings themselves are very well kept and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I also received my bond back within 10 working days
