I ordered a keyboard (which was free…
I ordered a keyboard (which was free delivery). I had a problem with the payment being accepted but after a phone call to the team at Red Dog this was quickly remedied. The keyboard was dispatched as promised the next day (due to me phoning close to 5pm on that day).
Anyway, all went well, I got the keyboard and I really love it.

feel at home
On and off after many years getting myself into gear again involving the wonderful sounds to take my mind into another world of music.
Red Dog you aim to please with honesty as with their experience in the field for many years it only comes natural to capitalise on the loyalty of all consumers (ear wigging to hear if all different clientele collect the same treatment which was the case).
I’ve had bad experiences within the month before but as I turned to you guys as you well out my way for commuting I was yearning to shadow behind the knowledge from yourselves with detailed investments purchased.
Been to many stores over the years, Red Dog I finally feel at home with ease.

Choosing a suitable nord. We found the help and advice from Red Dog music fantastic. We found this music shop by an online search so chose to make a day of it by phoning in advance to arrange a visit. We were welcomed and shown all we needed to know on the day by the staff, amazed that they geniuinely loved the instruments we were looking at and could personally advise depending on our needs. Our confidence was full about our purchase and no question too silly to ask. Would highly recommend this music shop for care on the day, delivery and after sales care - honestly couldn't fault them.

I found Red Dog Music by accident when…
I found Red Dog Music by accident when searching for a basic and reasonably-priced mandolin. I was highly impressed by the professionalism, approachability and knowledge of those to whom I spoke. I was also impressed with the shop itself (Edinburgh Grassmarket) when I visited. They have a wide range of instruments and music, and private demo rooms, in addition to its knowledgeable staff. Website is good and clearly laid out. I would recommend Red Dog Music to others.

I went into the Edinburgh store looking for a backing module I could use with my Juptier 50 Keyboard. Dave, the Roland Specialist couldn't have been more helpful. He remembered me from when he had sold me the keyboard 5 years ago and went to the trouble of demonstrating the BK7m module he had in stock. Great customer service. Would recommend without hesitation.

Will buy next guitar from here
Great experience with this company, they offered the cheapest price variation of the guitar I was after (Epiphone EJ200CE) and provided efficient delivery with the item being shipped next day, I did have to wait a while with DPD but that is no fault of Red Dog Music who I would recommend to anyone who is currently looking to purchase a guitar!! The item arrived undamaged and easy to set up the only minor issue I could bring up (if I was to be extra picky) would be that the guitar came with stickers on the pick guard/body which has left minor marks, however this may be of Epiphone’s doing! Again would highly recommend!!

Guitar purchase from Red Dog…
I bought a guitar and case from Red Dog Music and I am very pleased with the service provided.
I contacted Niall and Murray at the Edinburgh store via email and got a great deal.
I asked for the delivery to be delayed so I was available--the courier used delivers next day.
The guitar & case arrived in perfect condition.
I would use Red Dog again based on the service I received.
