I purchased what I thought at the time was a set of books (£24.90) and there was nothing for me to think otherwise until the transaction had been done then I read the receipt and it said I purchased a digital book. I sent them a message telling them it was purchased in error but they refused to refund my money which I think is scandalous as there was nothing in the initial ordering that said anything about buying a digital book. Looks like a scam to me.

Nowhere on the website did it say that this was an e-copy rather than a print book. I emailed them for a refund, but they declined. WARNING!

I'm reporting them to trading standards. This is appalling. My daughter is an avid reader and like others we've been totally mislead about what we were supposed to be receiving.

Avoid at all cost, looks like you are buying a paper copy, they then send a digital copy. No refund!! Scammers!

Doesn't make it clear, they're online books. Thought I'd bought a hard copy. It was only when I received confirmation that they highlighted it was a download copy. Tried to get a refund but to no avail. Do not use

Awful website. Sent link to download when I thought I was buying a physical book and will not refund. Now not replying to my emails. Avoid!!!!!

I purchased a book and nowhere mentioned it was an ebook only found out when I received an email fuming wasn't the word do not purchase from this company its a scam they should tel you its an ebook before you purchase it having known this I wouldn't have made the purchase

This company is a scam, I will report it to the trading standards. False advertising! I didn’t buy a bloody ebook.

Scam company. Sells children's book sets that turn out to be digtial books then refuses to refund even if you can't use digital books

I usually check sites first but this site came up on Google near the top, unfortunately I fell for the same thing that everyone else has, yes a scam I'd give them zero stars, shocking company. I'll be reporting this company.

Just had the same. Thankfully my bank stopped my payment. Thought it was too cheap. Don't use them

I got caught out like most others who think they have purchased a paperback book etc. from this site. When placing my order they actually asked for a delivery address. Nowhere within the order process did they state that I would be getting an ebook. On contacting them to ask for a refund, I got the same stock answer as everyone else, that I had orderred an ebook and no refunds given for digital media. However I reported then to my bank as it was a fraudulent transaction, they advised me to inform the merchant that I was giving them 15 days in which to cancel my order and give me a full refund. I GOT MY MONEY BACK. I advise all potential purchasers from this company - DON'T - THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS. Wish there was a 0 star available for negative reviews.

Ordered books thinking they were paperback books as stated by google. No mention of the books being Ebooks on the website either and also asked for delivery address. Money was taken out of my account straight away, following day I was sent an email with some links. Still didn't realise it was Ebook links I was given and continued to wait for my books. Tried to call the company with the number provided and call would not go through as it kept saying the number is not recognised. Sent an email and the reply was that they have sent me the links for the PDF files. Replied to them with a piece of my mind and put in a claim through my bank. Thankfully I have managed to get all my money back. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM!! I got lucky this time and managed to recover my money but others might not be. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

P.S I'M GUESSING THIS IS A FOREIGN WEBSITE AS THE REFERENCE GIVEN ON MY BANK STATEMENT IS 'TARACHERN LITHUANIA'

Nowhere on the website do they inform the customer that you are not purchasing the paperback book advertised, but a ebook. I ordered what I believed to be a paperback book, filled in payment details and even a delivery address, then received a email thanking me for my order only to receive another email the following day informing me that my ebook was here and ready to be downloaded.
When I emailed to inform them I believed I had ordered a paperback book and if this wasn't possible could I have a refund as I have no use for the ebook (I didn't download or open link) I was ignored. I tried several times , eventually receiving a reply from the address that emailed the ebook, I was informed 'no refund for ebook, enjoy ' !
It would take 2 seconds to update their website to include the word 'ebook', instead of all these complaints and negative reviews.
This would be the last site I visit if I ever found myself in need of any ebook.
I have left 1 star as I can't find the option of leaving none.

Bought a book series as party favours. I checked the shipping terms to make sure they would arrive in time, and the info said that they used USPS for shipping and at the very end it said for digital books the download would be immediate. The receipt included a link to download the 15 books but the books had not be advertised as digital. I emailed immediately but was repeatedly told that I could not have refund. I quoted to Regbooksi that under the Consumer Rights Act, the goods weren't as advertised and I am entitled to a refund. I kept getting the standard response and when I called (from several different numbers) the call was just cut. I wish I had checked their reviews beforehand. It would be such a hassle, but I'd love to get Trading Standards onto them and this scam website shut down. I've alerted my bank to try and stop the payment.

It's a scam! Advertising a book collection, showing a picture of the books and asking for a shipping address...... only to find its a digital download not an actual book!

Refuse to give refunds.

Scam artists - beware!

They will take your money & pretend that you, somehow, missed that you ordered a pdf copy of a book - when it doesn’t state it anywhere in the description.

When you try for a refund they will deny you it - even when they don’t even sent you the so called pdf.

Please avoid or, if you have already fallen for this scam, claim your money back from your credit card company under their chargeback procedure.

I thin it’s a disgrace that Google allows them to appear at the top of book listing rankings when they are fully aware that this company has been set up to scam people out of their money!

Agree with all other comments - do not buy from this website !!! Does not state anywhere that these are EBooks- DO NOT BUY! Scammers beyond compare
