Agree with all the other reviews. No mention that they are all ebooks. Asked for home addresss, offering free delivery. Feel ripped off. No refund possible allegedly. Not opened link. Don’t think they are a uk company. Wish I had checked here first. Do not waste your money

I just ordered harry potter books and just realised it was ebooks theres no mention also they asked for my shipping address so i thought paperbacks or hardback i have requested a refund 7 mins after realising the problem i bought them as a gift with no way of viewing a ebook im waiting for a reply nothing as up to now after reading reviews im not holding much hope i will get back with results i hope they refund me as all this as happened in last 30 mins i have very little money and hope they do the right thing

Unfortunately can’t give 0 stars. Absolute scam! No where on the site does it say it’s an e book. Even on Google it says paperback. Just avoid at all costs!!

I really wish I had looked on here first. Complete and utter scam. No where in the product description or anywhere on the website does it mention that you are buying ebooks.

Totally fraudulent, and refused a refund when I pointed this out to them.

Can’t give zero stars but definitely would if I could- scammers on all levels. No where on this site does it mention you are buying ebooks and even asks for a delivery address! You only discover it’s an ebook in the receipt where it states to download your purchase. Asked for a refund only to be told it’s a final, non refundable purchase. Avoid at all costs!

In fact I resent giving them one star! Beware this is a con - like other people they did not mention that this was a digital book and refused me a refund. Don't let them con you!!

They do not day on their website that the book I purchased was a digital book. They then refused to refund me.

After completing the payment, I received a confirmation message stating, "Please note that you bought a digital book." How do I know that these are digital books? They should have provided a description on the website. Even the information on Google says that the format is Paperback. This is a scam!
I bought the books for a 10-year-old boy. He is so sad knowing that he spent his money for nothing!
Update: after complaining and having long conversation, finally I got my money back.

No Listed on site as Digital Downloaded books. Total Scam. Do not buy from them. Going to contact Trading Standards. Its not the cost its the deception, no where on the site does it say digital downloads and I have screen shot the site and where they are advertised.

A company that tells you your book will arrive with free delivery, then just gives you a digital copy and tells you there are no refunds? How is this legal?
As I paidnon credit card I used the Chargeback facility to claim my money back for goods not received.

This company only provides a link; not the actual book. They do not supply the product that they are advertising.

They refused to refund me too several times. However I kept on emailing every day asking for a refund. They have relented and I have now been refunded.

Wished I had read the reviews on Trust pilot first as I agree with all the reviews as this is a total scam, not mentioned in description as digital. Bought for Grandson's birthday and told them I haven't opened the link or download but said they don't refund digital.

Update: received a email 4 days ago from them saying they would refund me in 5 to 10 days and got a refund today .

Don't buy they are scam false advertising and won't provide a refund... so bad I would strictly advised against

This is a complete scam. Digital download code received but no mention of this on the website. Advertised as a physical product.Very poor customer service. Refund denied. I've reported the ad to Google and the scam to Action Fraud.

Update: refund received following the advice of another Trust Pilot reviewer. I advised that they were breaking consumer purchasing laws. I have also registered the issue with the publisher who will be pursuing a copyright claim.

Scam, they did not write that it was an e-book in description and refuse to refund me.

Their contact number does not exist.

I am so angry over this. My daughter wanted a Bridgeton book for her birthday and I found I could get a whole set of them on here for a good price.
She is my carer since her dad died and does everything for me so felt this would be a small thank you.
It said nothing about them being ebooks, she doesn’t like those. Now have to somehow get enough money money together to buy a couple of books, can’t afford a set of them.

Scam - just like everyone else. Purchased "books" in good faith but they send download link for ebook. Nothing on site to suggest it's e-books. Then plain refuse to refund.
Will be reporting to trading standards as it seems an awful lot of people have the same criminal experience.

If it looks to good to be true it usually is. Book was £s cheaper on here but what they dont tell you is its a download PDF file only BEWARE!!!!!!

Placed order before reading other reviews and was sent a link for digital book. Contacted them and said this was no good to me and they told me they don’t refund digital books! I advised them that they were breaking online purchasing laws through misrepresentation and if they did not refund I would take the matter further. They came back to say they would refund and I’ve now been fully reimbursed. Give it a try, these scammers need to be stopped

Scam! Shows physical books in the image and NOWHERE in the description of the product does it say that it’s a digital product. It’s a scam!
