Company is just a scam and should be shut down.

They don't advise you that they only send digital PDF,s when you think you will receive physical copies.

No mention of it being a digital copy and then they refused a refund. There was no way of telling it wasn't a actual book. Very deceitful. Avoid

Please do not buy any books from this company unless you are looking for just ebooks i dont believe they sell any physical copies at all but they do not tell you this. And will not refund or speak to you after your order disgusting misleading company buyer's please beware

Beware! They charged me £20 for a digital download when I thought it was for paper books! What a waste of money and when I complained they said 'No refund for digital products!'.

0 stars!! Dodgy company, books are supposedly downloads and it doesn't say in the advert!! Won't refund and had set up a recurring payment without authorisation!!!

Scam. Didn’t see these reviews before ordering with “free shipping” and a picture of the books. Then they email an e copy of the books.

Be aware everyone. They are nothing but fraud. Took my £16.00 stating it’s no refundable since the book is an e-copy which wasn’t advertised when I ordered. Asked for refund within few hours of sale and bluntly refused. Wish I had seen their ratings beforehand. These con companies should get shut immediately.

Bought what I thought was going to be a hard copy of a book only to be sent a link to download it which I don’t want to do. Refused a refund despite two emails. Very misleading when ordering so be aware. Would def not buy from them again. Shocking customer service

Scam! It looks like you’ve bought a real book but then they send you a download link that doesn’t work . I requested refund and they refused. Am trying to reclaim money through credit card. Do not use! Scam

Happened the same too me. I have been scammed by this "company" They don't sell physical books as they promote in their adverse. NOOOOOO, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT REFUND FOR ITEMS THAT ARE FRAUDULENT.

Shocking. Nowhere on the website does it say the books are digital and they won't give you a refund. Please avoid at all costs

I SO wish I had seen the reviews before I bought this!!! But I thought I'd bought from them before - but I haven't. As all the other reviews have stated NOWHERE do they state these are DIGITAL downloads! I'm reporting them to Trading Standards as they mislead buyers. Not even on my receipt did they state it was a download. At least on eBay they state that! If you want a download that go ahead but if you think you're buying a physical book stay clear.

Absolute scammers like others have said. DO NOT BUY from here. they send you digital books but no mention of it on the website

I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I don't expect them to give me a refund so glad I ordered with my credit card. Why they are even allowed to take money from credit cards is beyond me?

SCAM and awful service.Books are digital books with pdf being sent however nowhere stated it would be a digital version until you get an email with a PDF file.

DO NOT BUY from here! Absolute scammers. Just reported as fraud with my bank who will persue the company. Adverts are not clear, misleading and customer service nill. When you purchase the books they send a link to access the e-books...you will never receive the books you ordered or see your money again! AVOID!!!
