Nowhere on the page that you find yourself on if you google a book does it say that this is a digital book not a physical book.

I ordered a book in good faith only to be surprised by an email with a link to a digital version of the book. When I asked for a refund - surprise, surprise, the answer was a firm no!

This is a bunch of scam merchants. Stay well clear!

Ordered a box set of what I believed to be actual books as nowhere on the website did it state that ilthey were digital copies or I wouldn't have ordered. Money was sent, address was given for free delivery and I was looking forward to receiving my physical books. Confirmation email arrived with links to download. I was not a happy bunny. Tried to contact them on the phone number provided to have someone answer hello and when he was asked if this was Regbooksi he hung up. Contacted my bank who immediately stopped my card then the back and forth emails asking for refund. I was told no refund on digital downloads after I told them nowhere on their website is this mentioned and that they had mis sold a product I also told them that I would be contacting trading standards and taking it further with my bank as it was fraud. Next email was saying they would refund and they needed the details name, order number and if paid by PayPal or Credit card. Refund was issued by company a few days later.
Please do not give up if you have been scammed by this company once you mention trading standards and tour bank they seem to cave pretty quickly.

E book not hard copy no response when emailed

Scammed for a digital book when the book advertised was a physical book.... never use

I wish there was zero star to click. This company is clearly a fraudulent company. I should have checked Trust pilot before ordering items from them. I don’t even think they are legit or valid. I’ve had to freeze my credit card because it is clear they are fraudulent. They advertise books like they are selling hard copies and then afterwards, send you an email claiming they sent you a digital copy of the book. I clearly did not order ebooks. I ordered hard copies! I just requested for a refund and they have come back to say that refunds for digital books digital are not possible but I didn’t not order digital books. I ordered hard copies. Anyway, I will be taking this up with my credit card company and will get my refund.
Beware of this fraudulent company. DO NOT order from them.

Total scam! Nowhere does the listing say that the books are ebooks. The phone number provided does not work and the company is actually based overseas, not Liverpool as they claim. Avoid!!!!!

I wouldn't give these people even one star. They purport to selling books by offering free shipping but you get a pdf link. PayPal offered but doesn't work. No refunds when requested. After several emails and reporting them to my bank and Actionfraud and have had an email saying the sale has been cancelled but still awaiting a refund. This is a Scam and avoid. Inform your bank immediately so they can flag and block future activity. Update. Got the £5.90 refund today but I don't think the scammers did it out of any sense of right or wrong they were just trying to avoid my bank implementing a Chargeback where they would have incurred fees. So if it's too late for you I urge you to inform your bank immediately and they will flag and block the scammers. Contact the scammers, if you can, and demand a refund. If it's refused tell your bank and they will get your money back via the above mentioned Chargeback. Keep all emails as proof. Above all don't just accept it as a loss, hit back.

Complete scam.

Ordered a box set of books for my son, took screenshots of the webpage and no mention of it being digital. Photo shows the box with the books in so it is purposefully deceiving.

Will be reporting.

I was sent a link to buy a box set of my grandson’s favourite books thinking I would get what they advertised. They even asked for a shipping address so I assumed they would be sent to him. I then received an email saying it was a digital book but no digital book has been emailed. It never said it was a gig Italy book anywhere in their website either. I asked for a refund as my grandson wants the actual books and received a rather curt email back saying no refund on digital products.
I will be contacting my bank and trading standards to get my money back because although it’s only £12 they are doing it to everyone and it’s the principle that matters now.

It’s a scam. They send eBook versions despite the format clearly saying it’s paperback.

TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK:
I sent a bunch of emails saying I have a lawyer (I don’t lol) and asking for the ceos contact details And they eventually returned my money. Don’t stop emailing them until they return the money. Here’s a template of the email I sent:
Please send me the email of the manager of your company. My lawyer will be in contact.

You are being sued for breaching the U.K. distance selling laws and false advertisement.

Your company is operating by sending fraudulent document pdfs which are unregistered.
You are also using a fake address to operate from.

WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL.

All E-Mails from this point onwards will be used against you in the court

These people are scammers I ordered 2 books and haven't received any of them. Now I've looked on here nor will I be doing. Tried the phone number which is not valid and tried to email with no reply at all. Steer clear of these scammers everyone!!

They have scammed me :( I have reported them to Trading Standards. They need to be stopped!! The are advertising hard copies of books for sale, then once you make a purchase send you a pdf and say you ordered a digital book. I have asked them for a refund but they replied Hello,
Sorry this sale is final, no refund available for digital goods.
Please note you can download eBook to any device you want.
Please use any pdf reader with your device to open this book.

Ordered what I thought was a book set for my grandson, then told it's a digital book, asked for a refund and told no refunds on digital book. Nowhere in description does it tell you that you will not get an actual book no good has he as no device to read it on hope they can live with themselves cheating and robbing innocent people BEWARE SCAM

Scam I bought book thinking was a hard copy book but it was a ebook and won't give refund

One star is too much. Ordered what I understood to be hard copy of bored of lunch book.Instead I was informed that I would receive a digital book.They replied to my first email stating that they would refund me. Then shortly after I received a further email denying me a refund. I have just sent a third email informing them that I will not give up until they refund the money they stole from me. One way or another I will get a refund. Also submitted a complaint to resolver.co.uk.Update-After sending at least 8 emails I received a reply that a refund will be in my account within 5 days.The only positive point is that the co. did actually refund my money. Persistence paid off.

SCAMMERS ALERT!
advert had no mention of it being digital books, showed a pic of a box set. Email after order confirmed to say it was digital. Have not downloaded it. Asked for refund. Non given. Complete scam. Avoid.

It is a scam! I ordered a book only for them to send me an email later that it is a digital book and refused to fund me! Avoid!!!!!
