I've had the same issue as everyone else here.
Company are complete scammers and offer you an unusable pdf instead of a real book.
Thanks to the reviewer before me on Trustpilot, I'm now pursuing it with resolveit.co.uk and will also report it to my bank, as have given these clowns my card number 🤬

I had the same issue as everyone else with no actual book sent out and them refusing to credit me. I got in touch with a free service "resolver.co.uk"
they contacted them and Regbooksi got in touch and said they would refund me...I checked my credit card statement this morning and i have a credit from them... so dont give up!!

Total scam. Picture showed hardback copies of set of books but didn't say they were digital (unusable pdf files) until I had paid for them. Then said non refundable. It's a scam.

Like every other review on this page, you are led to believe that you are buying physical books when actually they are selling ebooks. They are a scam!

Total scam company, do not use under any circumstances.
I Paid books never arrived, both email and phone number on invoice do not exist, my banks fraud is now chasing them on my behalf!!! Dont hold out much hope though HH

Same as everyone else, conned into thinking I was ordering a physical book and it turned out to be a digital book. They then wont refund. Reported to Trading Standards.

I was able to get my visa payment back through my banks chargeback scheme. Please do the same

I was also scammed…bought what I believed was a physical box set, but then received an email saying it was a digital download. When I asked for a refund they refused and after subsequent emails they send the same reply asking me to confirm my name and order number for a refund..,which has not yet been forthcoming. I don’t know how this website is still up and running but I’ve reported it in all the places that I can.

If you've arrived here before buying then read mine and everyone elses experience and you'll save your hard earned cash. Ive had the same experience as others have stated. Their whole set up is to cheat buyers out of their money by creating a listing that looks like you're getting a physical book. In actual fact it's a downloadable version. I can't comprehend that in today's climate where a simple book may be a long waited treat,that these cowboys take your money knowing full well they've mislead their buyers. Shame on them. Go to World of books or Abebooks for good value and service. Remember - pay cheap pay twice. If its too good to be true...

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!!

They advertise hardback books. Don’t send anything out. When you chase delivery up 2 weeks later they inform you that you purchased a digital copy. Says in their T&C’s they don’t send refunds for digital copies. They initially refused refund. I threatened them with police / Action Fraud / court and legal proceedings (I didn’t intent too, I would have just done a bank chargeback) and they offered me a refund the next day. I was one of the lucky ones getting my money back. It was only £5.90 but it was the principle. Wish I would have checked reviews prior but it was only a little cookbook…

STAY CLEAR!!!

The issue that I have experienced was: Ordered 2 hardback books as presents then after payment had an email to say they were downloads. Paid £11.80. Emailed company who refused a refund.
There is no where in the book description to say they are downloads.

This meant that Loss of £11.80. Now have to purchase through another company

Same as all the other reviews, i thought i was ordering a hardback book but it never came. Nowhere on the website does it say it’s a digital download & they deliberately deceive by stating ‘in stock’.
After complaining & requesting a refund they said they could cancel the order & asked for some details (which they already had) & then subsequently said the sale was final & there was no refund available for digital goods. Shame there’s no option to leave a no star review.

SCAM. Same as everyone else. Nothing on their site suggesting I was paying for a download. I paid for two copies of the same cookery book as gifts, only to receive a download which I have not opened. REFUND REFUSED.

Do not use this company. They are thieves ! The description of the book on the selling page gave no indication that you were buying a down load of the book. At no point of the sale is download mentionEd.it is only after you pay you receive it in a download.I emailed them several times to ask them to direct me to where it said download but they just kept emailing me telling me where to find the download.I then asked for a refund but they refuse.

I ordered a book, paid for book but didn't get any confirmation from Regbooksi. I sent a message but didn't get a reply about the order, so i sent a complaint via Resolva who have templates for this sort of thing and after a few days, they said i would get a refund - haven't got it yet as they said it could take 10 days, so ill keep you updated but worth others putting in a complaint through Resolva. resolver.co.uk/

Regibooksi is a confidence trick. They advertise as selling real books when actually they are electronic copies. They sent me an email with a link to download a copy which I refused to do. As I had not received the books after a lot of hastle I was refunded. I would suggest no one uses Regibooksi.

I would like to give them 0 reviews. Absolutely awful organisation. I purchased a book, but it was emailed as a PDF. It did not state in the description that it was a PDF copy! After asking for a refund they were rude and simply said no! It was their fault, false advertising

Absolute scammers, they don’t even deserve 1 star!
The website clearly states “hardback” and “in stock” but they sent a PDF!
I emailed to explain that they’d mis sold and that I needed a refund because I needed the physical book to wrap up as a gift but they replied saying no and telling me to download it! If that’s their idea of customer service then I’m lost for words!
Absolutely disgusting people, I don’t know how they live with themselves judging by the amount of poor unsuspecting people they’ve ripped off now that I’ve read all these trustpilot reviews here!

Total scam bought for my mum who doesn’t own anything to download it on Total con artists

Apparently bought a digital book with absolutely no notification at all that this was the case. Contacted them for a refund and was informed the sale was final. Do not buy from them
