The people I spoke to regarding a replacement LG TV remote went above and beyond to track down a remote for my very old LG TV and it was an extremely quick delivery. Unfortunately I encountered the same issues with the replacement as I had with the original. Obviously the problem was not with either of the remotes but with the TV. I returned the item and received a full refund. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Ordered a remote control for a TV manufactured in October 2011 after finding out that most universal remote controls were only compatible with tvs manufactured 2015 onwards. Stumbled across the remote control shop by accident and put my tvs product no in and to my suprise and amazement 10 remote controls were in stock for my very old TV!!

Excellent product and service, my 96 year old aunt had lost her control and the tv is a major part of her life. This replacement was easy to set up fir her, works perfectly. Cheers guys
